From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The apartment was calm, clean, and incredibly relaxing. We loved the warm pool, the quiet atmosphere, and the convenience of having parking. It felt like a peaceful retreat in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

appartement très bien équipé, très propre, avec une vue imprenable. La place de parking est un plus non négligeable. la localisation permet de rayonner facilement sur toute l île. Although the van was quite old and a bit noisy, it did its job very well and we managed to get around the whole island without a hitch. Andrei was very kind and helpful. We recommend it for an authentic adventure in Tenerife!

7 adults 1 toddler ,amazing villa coped with all of us , really well equipped ,clothes horses when you do your washing, kitchen fantastic , fans for bedrooms, if you have toddler take travel baby gate ,quite a few stairs , there was travel cot too 😍 amazing location to beach and restaurants but far enough away to have peaceful sleep , I can't recommend this enough for large family 😍

Meget fin og funktionel lejlighed. Vi indrettede kontor og arbejdspladser, så vi kunne arbejde i de 2 uger vi var i Marias lejlighed. Der var rigtig gode borde og stole, og indretningen af lejligheden var perfekt til dette formål. Lejligheden er moderniseret og har bl.a. et nyere badeværelse, et velindrettet køkken/stue og en meget fin altan. Der er et par mindre ulemper ved lejligheden, som f.eks. et meget lille køleskab samt en meget blød seng. Dette har jeg skrevet til Maria, og hun har sagt at det vil blive ordnet. En sidste ting man skal være opmærksom på er, at lejligheden ligger i den del af bygningen, der ligger i nærheden af vejen, så der kan godt være lidt støj. Men ikke noget stort problem. Vi sov fint om natten alligevel.

Ubicación a pasos de la playa y centro. Es un poco más grande de lo que se ve en las fotos. Nos hospedamos 3 adultos y estuvimos cómodas. Cocina super equipada.

We have just returned from a week staying at this property. From initial enquiry - check out Ruth was very friendly , helpful and available if needed. Ahead of going we received clear video instructions for collecting the key / entering the property and information about the apartment itself. As well as links to local attractions/ restaurants. The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood with views of the mountain. It was a clean place with all the things you would need for a stay. Even little pots of olive oil which came in very handy ! The building has a lift which is very helpful especially with cases. Ruth recommended we took a taxi to the apartment as it's a bit hard going with cases. We took a bus and she was right it was a bit of a hill arriving but the bus stop is just a few mins away which is very convenient from the airport. It also was only 10-15 mins walk to the beach / shops and restaurants. We also particularly enjoyed the restaurant "k-vegan" which was local !

Der Check-in war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Apartement ist modern und hell eingerichtet, man fühlt sich gleich sehr wohl. Ausgestattet ist es mit allem was man rund um einen Strandurlaub benötigt (auch Strandhandtücher!). Sehr positiv fanden wir, dass kleine alltägliche Dinge (Zucker, Salz, Waschmittel etc.) vorhanden waren und dass wir zwei Schlüssel bekamen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

We had a great stay. Ideal spot for playa del duque. Loved that we had sun loungers on the balcony with towels provided. No complaints! We would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you!

Everything was perfect. Dani ist a very nice host , always texting back immediately, good communication. Very nice clean Apartment with beautiful sea view. Private parking and quiet area. We loved it and felt very comfortable in the Apartment and the Area. We would be happy to come back.

We were met with a very warm welcome by the hostess when we arrived at this great place situated in a very nice secure apartment community. The apartment itself is exactly as described. The place is spotlessly clean, has been renovated recently and has everything in it you would ever need, a real ‘home from home’. Location is excellent, spar supermarket only 1 minute walk, plenty restaurants and beaches only a few more minutes away. The communal pool was great with many beds always available. The hosts are great, previously mentioned the warm welcome when we arrived and also the communication and flexibility from Miguel throughout has been excellent. Excellent accompaniment and hosts, thank you for our stay, we have already recommended to other family members.

Nous avons passé de nouveau un séjour incroyable dans cet appartement, un cadre magnifique, un confort optimal et une ambiance chaleureuse. Tout était parfait pour des vacances de repos, du confort à l'emplacement Nous envisageons déjà de revenir et nous nous réjouissons à l'idée de revivre de nouveau cette merveilleuse expérience. Great apartment. The view is amazing and Olga was really helpful and help as beyond expectations. In the apartment is everything. What we needed for us. Close to the beach and easy to get there. One small minus was the bed. Little bit hard for us.

Квартира в целом нам понравилась.Плюсы:Обалденный вид с балкона, так как квартира находится на холме.Квартира чистая,просторная ,без запаха.На кухне есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи.Район тихий ,спали с открытым окном.В начале мая было не жарко ,температура воды в океане 22,температура воздуха 23 градуса. Кондиционера в квартире нет,если кому-то принципиально. До супермаркета Mercadona идти 15 минут,там есть все необходимое. Минусы:Квартира находиться на холме , спускаться и подниматься с пляжа по ступенькам постоянно нам не понравилось(довольно таки крутой наклон).С парковкой возле комплекса проблема,почти всегда нет мест,если повезёт то находили ниже на соседних улицах, потом опять же подниматься по ступенькам.Об этих нюансах хозяин пишет в описании квартиры и мы знали о них,но в реальности нас это утомляло. Эмоции от отдыха в этой квартире остались положительные.Спасибо большое хозяину квартиры.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, le logement est très confortable, la terrasse bien agréable avec vue sur la baie Les accès à pied par les escaliers permettent d’accéder aux bord de mer très rapidement sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture La cuisine est très bien équipée et la salle de bain très fonctionnelle Pour faire le nettoyage il serait pratique d’avoir un aspirateur, mais à part ça rien à redire. Wir kennen das Objekt in dem sich die Wohnung befindet sehr gut und sind mit diesem Apartment sehr zufrieden gewesen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder zurück kommen. Es ist alles da was man braucht und vorallem ist die Lage unschlagbar.

I stayed at this apartment in Tenerife for 5 nights and had a great experience. The beds were really comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep after busy days exploring. The location was perfect – close to everything we needed, with shops, restaurants, and the beach all within easy reach. One of the highlights was the massive pool – plenty of space to relax and never felt overcrowded. Overall, a great place to stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

Saubere Unterkunft, hat alles was man benötigt. Die Aussicht ist der Hammer, Preis-Leistung top! Restaurants ganz in der Nähe. Würde ich wieder buchen.

Tullio’s place was one of our best Airbnbs. He’s an experienced host and it shows. First, the place is located in an excellent location near the beach and restaurants but also very quiet. The bedroom is set back from the living room so one could be in the kitchen or watching tv and not bother the other. The kitchen had everything we needed to make multiple meals at home. We enjoyed opening the bedroom window and patio door to get a nice breeze and natural light. The washing machine (which had detergent supplies) was very easy to use and the drying rack in sun on the patio made it quick to get everything dry. To top off a great stay, Jullio picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. Oh and don’t forget to lift the bed up for the secret spot hiding beach chairs, umbrellas and games! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this apartment! The location is excellent—just a 1-minute walk to the beach and only 5 minutes to the nearest shop. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it super convenient for dining out. The apartment itself is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. Communication with the host was prompt and very helpful. Highly recommend!

We stayed for six days and really enjoyed it. The apartment is in a great location, and everything was tidy and nicely decorated. The host gave us a warm welcome and even brought snacks, water, and a bottle of red wine as a welcoming gift. Highly recommended!

Wir (2 Erwachsene + Kleinkind) hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Svetlana. Alles war sehr sauber und genauso wie auf der Website beschrieben. Die Küche war gut und ausreichend ausgestattet. Außerdem konnten wir uns Strandtücher und einen Strandschirm ausleihen - was sehr praktisch war. Auch eine Waschmaschine durften wir kostenfrei benützen. Die Kommunikation mit Svetlana lief problemlos ab und sie hat sofort auf Nachrichten reagiert. Die Lage (zentral und trotzdem ruhig) haben wir sehr genossen. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich nur weiterempfehlen!

Lokalizacja jest Bardzo dobra z pięknym widokiem na morze. Mieszkanie jest czyste i dobrze wyposażone. (mały minus to bardzo twarde materace, ale za to nowe i czyste chyba że ktoś lubi spać na twardym) na pewno chętnie wrócimy jak będzie taka możliwość . Polecamy to miejsce.

appartamento fantastico con tutto il necessario (e anche molto di più) in zona centrale ma tranquilla (no rumorosa, si dormiva bene ed era molto sicura). si poteva raggiungere tutto a piedi in max 20 Min, ma ci sono molti autobus molto vicini da prendere se non si vuole camminare o se dovesse fare molto caldo. mi sono spostata agevolmente da lì per tutta costa Adeje. un grazie particolare alla Host sempre molto disponibile, gentile e reattiva. lo consiglio! spero di tornarci in futuro :)
