Independent of the rest of the house, it constitutes the 1st floor of the rear wing of the villa. Very bright and very quiet, it is completely new with an area of 25 m2 accessible by a large south-facing terrace. Its original half-timbered architecture, with large trapezoidal windows, gives it exceptional brightness and charm.

Although there is no kitchen, a private south facing terrace with a small garden and a barbecue will allow you to have your breakfasts and improvised meals in peace. Bed and bath linen is provided. I can offer you 2 bikes free of charge. The accommodation is smoke-free.

"Perle de nacre" is a small cocoon on Ouistreham Beach. Completely refurbished, it consists of a double bed, TV, shower room and kitchen equipped with a microwave, fridge, kettle and coffee maker.
