Situé au dernier étage sans ascenseur avec un escalier large et sa propre place de parking privé, cet appartement lumineux se trouve dans une résidence entretenue et sans vis à vis, il possède une chambre séparée, un canapé lit et un lit parapluie. Proche de tous commerces, du port et de la 4 voies reliant Caen. Chaque vendredi matin, un marché s’installe avec ses produit locaux a 10min à pied. J’habite à 7min en voiture si besoin.
