Holiday rentals with a patio in Beachlands

Great experience staying at Richard’s place. It’s located in the heart of Albany that is easy to access motorway, bus station, shopping mall and restaurants. This place is cozy and has everything we needed. Richard is super responsive too! Would highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for an Airbnb in this area.

Small place (would only recommend for two people) but in a great location and has everything you need! Very easy to walk around town from the location. Place was clean and hosts were very communicative!

We had a beautiful stay. It was cozy yet high end. Lovely decor and beautiful views. A romantic getaway. Could walk out the door and be on the beach or buying a great coffee in minutes. Robbie was very responsive at all time. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Great place to stay, everything needed is there, in-house laundry, vacuum cleaner, well setup kitchen, secure, private and quiet.

The place is comfy, tidy, and easy to find. It is an awesome Airbnb, but there aren't any supermarkets or convenience stores nearby, so it's more suitable for guests who have a car. The place is a bit smaller than I expected; however, it would be a great place to stay in Auckland. Loretta is very responsive to my enquiries too.

We had a fantastic stay at Jan's unit. The unit is modern, secure, well located close to the beach and Auckland city and has everything we need. Highly recommended for anyone travelling to Auckland!

The place was gorgeous — beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The high-end linen and thoughtful touches throughout made it feel so luxurious and comfortable. Jess was also fantastic at communicating and made everything so easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommend!

Perfect Airbnb in Oneroa. A few minutes walk into town, lots of restaurants and bus stops. Two seperate sleeping areas with everything you need. Top quality NZ butter, milk, eggs, coffee and bread on check-in Super responsive hosts The very detailed checkin and local info was so helpful Will definitely stay here again. 10/10

Absolutely beautiful house, we had a great stay at Fiona's place! It's a great location too, it was lovely being able to walk down to the beach. Everything is as listed and looks like the photos, would definitely recommend to other guests.

Loved our stay here. Katie and Dan were friendly and responsive. The home was exactly as pictured and described and perfect for both the kids and adults. Securely gated and tranquil, we felt relaxed the entire time. The sauna was the icing on the cake. Such a nice add on to the mid century home. We stayed in winter and with heaters in every room plus a wood fire our stay was super cozy and comfortable. Would stay again!

Paul and Hong were wonderful hosts! The place and the neighborhood are amazing! Friendly people and safe. So close to everything, restaurants, grocery store, bus and of course, the beach. There is an excellent walk along the ocean from St. Heliers right to downtown Auckland. Place is beautiful and has everything you need and very clean. We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully designed and cozy home! The two-storey layout was perfect for our group — with bedrooms upstairs and living areas downstairs, everyone had their own space without disturbing each other. It’s a very comfortable and well-thought-out place for friends traveling together. The host was incredibly approachable and responsive, with clear and timely communication throughout. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay- Travelled from Wellington. This home is lovely, clean, tidy and looked like the photos. Nice open living and house was cosy and warm. 4 adults and a toddler and still plenty of room. The host was amazing, we had a few changes b4 and during our stay and Japji made it seamless for us and just worked out so well for out little whanau get away. Will definitely stay again

We had a great stay in this lovely accommodation. Perfect for a couple. It was very quiet despite being off a main road and it was fantastic having the bus into the city right outside the door. John’s apartment is not a great apartment. No, it’s a VERY great apartment, probably the best I have ever rented in Auckland. Ideally located, very well furnished, full of light, it ticks all the boxes.

Really great place we enjoyed our stay the balcony is really nice to sit on great sunsets and the sound proofing is quite good so you don’t hear the motorway. Really close to Albany mall and the surrounding bays, so many great places to eat. And it was only 20 mins into the city. Would recommend it for a super affordable stay in Auckland.

Thank you for a lovely stay Lilly. Lillys place is lovely, it was walking distance to Ponsenby shops and central to all the areas we wanted to visit. Lilly had a cot set up for our daughter when we arrived and was very welcoming. She left us to it after showing us how to get into the apartment. The house spacious and clean and the house had everything that we needed. A beautiful home.

Repeat Customer This is just a very special place. We have stayed here multiple times. It feels like our home away from home. It’s just very unique to be in a very private building right in the middle of a fantastic beach town on what is probably the best urban beach in New Zealand. You will love it!

This was our second time staying at Jacqui’s place and it won’t be the last. Absolutely love this place. Location is perfect with so many restaurants, cafes, shops within walking distance. It was a spacious and pleasant place to stay. There’s a very popular café on the ground floor, which was a big plus. The host always responded quickly, whether it was early in the morning or late at night, and genuinely cared about whether I was comfortable. I’d love to stay here again the next time I visit Auckland!
