Great location in an adorable part of town! Very comfortable bedroom . It was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go and the onsite parking was an added bonus.

Beautiful space with all the amenities you’ll need. The host was super responsive and attentive. This was a seamless and incredible stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Denver.

Travis and wendee are by far the best hosts we’ve had so far very responsive respectful and friendly hosts 5/5 very private and homey! The location is close to local restaurants and places near the University district and downtown is only 15 minutes away! Will book again in the future

Lovely stay from start to finish. Nanci was super helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The space is REALLY thoughtful, with every little thing you could possibly need — from the super stocked kitchen (roasting pans, every kind of appliance , etc) to several extra blankets and a zillion perfectly clean towels, you really feel at home. When reviewing anything, I find that the more nit-picky I am (where I feel like I’m almost making things up that are wrong), the better the place probably is. And let me tell you, it was hard to find things wrong with this place. Everything was wonderful. The host was great, the space was clean and peaceful, and it was close to lots of tourist locations! Truly couldn’t have asked for a better place while visiting Denver

This Air BnB was so perfectly equipped!! We stay in a lot of places and Jennifer’s extra amenities were above and beyond! Yes, you can hear everything that the tenants above are doing; walking, talking, TV and then there is a dog with a bone, but it didn’t impact our trip. Just have to be up early and not up late! Great location! Safe! And perfect parking off street! Loved our stay!!! Would recommend for sure.

Jann's place was the perfect location for our week-long visit to Denver. Very close to great (and reliable) bus service to town including to Union Station (starting point of our tours to Rocky Mountain National Park and Pike's Peak), museums, restaurants, etc. Apt. was also within walking distance of more great restaurants, coffee shops, interesting stores, and an Enterprise Car Rental (which was VERY convenient). We had designated off street parking for our rental car, too, which is always welcome in a location close to the city. Apt. is in a lovely older home with lots of warmth and character. We ate most of our meals out so did not make much use of the large kitchen, but we definitely appreciated the coffee and water filter set up! Unit had modern bathroom with tons of towels, and a comfortable bed with lots of pillows, etc. There was a little noise from the upstairs unit, and the gates to the property were a bit challenging, but our stay was wonderful!

It was in a great location for going all over Denver. Super clean, the perfect amount of space for two people, and all the necessities covered! The dual-head shower was sweet!

great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

Highly recommend booking Tim's modern guest home for a wonderful stay in Denver. Tim & Johanna were excellent & responsive hosts that provided detailed instructions. My spouse and I had zero issues because provided instructions were concise, and the house was in pristine condition. I know if we had any questions they would have been answered quickly. The house was exactly as listed and well equipped. I found Platt Park a great central area for exploring the city but also charming & fun to explore on it's own. You are steps away from Broadway and a quick walk to Pearl street which are both filled with great shops and restaurants.

We really enjoyed staying here. We were only there for one night to attend a concert. I can imagine enjoying staying here for a longer time. It’s a great set up with everything needed, including a great deck at a location close to 470. The latter makes it very easy to go to Denver, to Morrison or Boulder or into the mountains. Rodney and Sharon were very responsive and lovely to interact with. Great and attentive hosts.

What a wonderful experience! Danielle was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure i had everything i needed. The welcome basket was a lovely touch. Thank you for an unforgettable stay! And the puppies were so sweet and friendly!! It was an incredible marathon vacation.

In town for our first Red Rocks concert. Arriving after getting groceries from Locavore we made dinner beside a setting sun, and later watched the waxing crescent moon rise with Saturn 🪐 in tow. In the mornings we visited the hot tub and enjoyed the birds, and one very curious humming bird. Free magic here, such a lovely slice of the universe. Our visit is a diamond in the mind.

We had a great time at David’s place, it was a great long weekend getaway with an awesome AirBnB at the center of it!

We had a great stay! The location was right outside of the city (about 15 minutes), very peaceful, and lots to do near by. The house was clean and comfortable to stay. We were provided with all we needed and the board games were a plus for a rainy night in! Highly recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in the Denver area!

We had a lovely 2 nights staying in this Airbnb. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Access was super clear and easy which was so good given we landed at close to midnight! Parking was easy at the building and lots to do close by. Fabulous stay!

I absolutely loved this Airbnb in Denver! The space was cozy, stylish, and immaculately clean. The location was perfect—an uber shot close to great restaurants, breweries, and downtown, yet in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The host was thoughtful and responsive, and every detail felt intentional, from the comfortable bed to the prompt responses . I’d definitely stay here again!

The host was really good with communication and always responded very quickly. The Airbnb was beautiful and exactly as described. It was very easy to walk to Empower Field. The parking garage was small, but other than that it was a great!!

This Air BnB was so lovely! Stephanie has curated such a cool space. It was easy to get everywhere I wanted to go and close to the interstates. The listing says it’s noisy, which was true, but it normally died down by 11 PM. Parking was east to find around the building. Stephanie was very flexible and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend this place!

Surrounded by shops and restaurants, it was the ideal base to explore Denver. Heather was especially kind—always quick to respond and available for any questions we had, which made us feel very well taken care of.
