Parking privé 2 voitures. 1 animal petite taille accepté.

In an old building with a common courtyard (patio style) in the very center, this apartment is located on the second floor of a small quiet condominium. Spacious (60 m²) and very bright. It consists of a large living room with equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washer-dryer, TV, etc.), a dining and living area, a large bedroom with new bedding (queen size) and a bathroom with shower. Basic products are available Parties and gatherings are not allowed.

Stay in a quiet location while enjoying the proximity of the surrounding shops. We are located less than 5 minutes from the historic center of Sedan and its medieval castle (a favorite monument of the French). The studio is spacious and bright, opening onto a terrace covered by a pergola, overlooking the park. Dining area with kitchen on one side and bedroom with TV on the other. Bathroom with toilet. The studio has an independent entrance.

Our cottage offers a welcome for the whole family. Upstairs, you will find two double bedrooms, one with an adjoining children's area (single bed and cot), as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the ground floor, everything is accessible to people with reduced mobility. With a bedroom overlooking the bathroom, a suitable kitchen and a living room. The sofa is convertible, so it is possible to accommodate up to 7 adults.

It includes a comfortable bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a private plot with barbecue. My place is close to Verdun (25 km), Belgium (30 km), Verdun Battlefield (15 minutes)... The room is ideal for a family of 4. The entrance (through the garden) is independent. The bedroom area consists of 2 spaces separated by a partition: a double bed and, on a platform, 2 single beds. In the veranda, you can eat (fridge, microwave, kettle) and watch TV. Breakfast is included in the price. No parking problems!
