Small 35 m2 detached house open in living and rest area, equipped kitchen at the back of the room, separate toilet and shower. Cottage adjoining a typical farmhouse of the area. Quiet, located close to the city center (2-min walk) and all these amenities. Ideal for couples, including with baby, accessible for people with reduced mobility, except electric wheelchair. It is ideal as a base for exploring the roads and paths of the Loire, to visit the countless known castles or lesser-known residences that line it. You will never forget the sunrises over the Loire in the early morning in one of the most beautiful villages of the wild Loire (halfway between Angers and Saumur). It is now equipped with mosquito nets... Welcome!
