Maison de quartier très calme, idéal pour votre séjours. Au rdc une pièce a vivre cuisine/salon. A l'étage, trois chambres et une salle de bain. 2 chambres disposent de lit 160x200cm, la troisième d'un canapé convertible de qualité 140x190cm. - 1' a pied : boulangerie, friterie - 5' en voiture : supermarché - 40' Verdun, Sedan Balade en nature, site historique/ Longue durée possible pour entreprise, n'hésitez pas a me contacter. Parking privé 2 voitures. 1 animal petite taille accepté.

A neat decoration that guests appreciate and that guarantees a change of scenery in a quiet area in the heart of a beautiful garden ("Au jardin du bonheur"), the room also has a mezzanine to accommodate 2 other people (teenagers) (a supplement of 20 euros will be requested). Nice terrace... A small kitchen area with sink, hob, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle available... Dishes for 2 people (cutlery, glasses, cups, plates,) available.

Our cottage offers a welcome for the whole family. Upstairs, you will find two 2-person bedrooms, one with an adjoining children's area (single bed and baby bed), as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the ground floor, everything is accessible for people with disabilities. With a bedroom overlooking the bathroom, a suitable kitchen and a living room. The sofa is convertible, so it is possible to accommodate up to 7 adults.

We are located less than 5 minutes from the historic center of Sedan and its medieval castle (favorite monument of the French). The studio is spacious and bright, opening onto a terrace covered by a pergola, overlooking the park. Dining area with kitchen on one side and bedroom with TV on the other. Bathroom with toilet. The studio has a separate entrance.
