A detached house in it's own grounds with no shared amenities. It is located in a small hamlet close to Chinon in the Val de la Loire. Shops, chateaux and beautiful villages are a short drive away. Appartement 2 pièces, refait à neuf, 40m², en centre ville historique de Chinon, donnant sur la place Jeanne d'Arc sans vis-a-vis. L'appartement dispose d'une belle hauteur sous plafond, il est situé au 1er et dernier étage, c'est donc calme. Parking gratuit sur la place au pied de l'appartement. Boulangerie, pharmacie, banques et cafés-restaurants sont au pied de l'immeuble. Les quais de la Vienne sont juste devant à moins de 2 minutes à pied. Le logement est non fumeur.
