Holiday rentals with a kayak in Beausoleil

The cottage was a lovely spot for a long term stay! It had everything I needed and was close to a lovely little grocery store that was walkable to by the nearby trail. People in the area seemed friendly and the beach was beautiful.

Very friendly and bonus points for the extra coffee!!

This place was cozy, and well-equipped, had a comfortable bed/linens, a nice sunroom, games, an easy-to-access hot tub, and even canoes (that we didn't have the chance to use unfortunately). They even had cookies and marshmallows, perfect for some smores on the campfire. A very relaxing spot for a getaway not too far from Moncton (closer to Bouctouche or even Shediac), overlooking the Bouctouche River. The only "noise" came from ducks and geese on the river, which was great! The hosts were quick to answer and were proactives. Really easy to get there. Would highly recommend!

Joe was an excellent host. He reached out early, gave us tips on a restaurant to stop at on our route, he was accommodating and responded very quickly to all questions.

Superb spot on the Bouctouche river with beautiful sunsets on clear evenings. We found it very peaceful and relaxing, we enjoyed the deck overlooking the river and the fire pit with Adirondack chairs down the bottom of the garden. The chalet was comfortable for three adults and one kid for a week with everything that you need to relax and have a good time. The place is also very close to Bouctouche with plenty of amenities, the beaches nearby were great and we even made it down to Hopewell Rocks for the day. Recommended! We would love to go back. PS Visit le pays de la Sagouin if you can, it’s very cool.

This was our second time staying and it was just as good as the first! Nancy is so friendly and even offered us a late check out without our asking. The house has everything we need for a relaxing end of the school year getaway. We have an annual end of the school year trip and hopefully this will continue being our go to spot for years to come! The views, the layout, the space, the tranquility, the hot tub, 10/10!

Michelle's place was perfect for a stay with my elderly parents I will miss that incredible view of the water along with the birds and chipmunks that visited the yard! The property is a little oasis surrounded by trees that give a lot of privacy. Such a gorgeous spot 😍 Everything you need is in the house along with a few extras. Easy access to Sobey's at the end of the road. The kayaks and canoes were much appreciated by visiting family. Kayaking around the bay and Scoudouc river was unforgettable. Michelle was a super friendly, extremely helpful host- responsive and proactive. Honestly loved everything and I hope to come back next year!

Great spot away from it all but still enjoyed a few outings. Akadi Illumina in Bouctouche was a highlight. Kayaking, fishing, and swimming! Love the added touches of arrival snacks and did not need for anything while there! Would love to return one day!

Great home for relaxing vacations, but also close to many sites. Beautiful pool, lots of space and rooms. An excellent choice for a nice vacations in the Shediac area

The property is simply beautiful. It's hard to put into words how amazing the location is. Private and pristine; the birds, the sound of the waves, the ocean air.. it all felt like we were in a beautiful movie or beach novel. We were comfortable inside with everything we could need. The living space was very clean and cozy. We were comfortable outside (even though our first night was rainy) with lots of seating and a covered wrap-around deck and screened-in section. There is a beautifully lit sitting area near the water. The trail to the ocean covers the views, and I can't fail to mention the sunsets. They are a must-see! The kayaks, ping pong table, and other games and puzzles are such nice touches. Throughout our stay, the co-host was extremely friendly, responsive and attentive to our needs, A+. There are not enough characters available to leave the best review but we HIGHLY recommend this property. We will be back!

Our third stay at Michel’s Square Lake property, which says something by itself. Love the location, privacy, and view.

We just spent three nights at the cottage and it exceeded our expectations on every level! Sonya and Jordan were so incredibly kind and accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure our last days in New Brunswick were wonderful. The cottage is absolutely gorgeous, high end everything and beautiful decor. Fully equipped with absolutely everything you need for a relaxing and super luxurious stay! The massive king sized bed was SO comfortable, and such a treat for us after travelling for a month. There are really no words to convey how absolutely STUNNING the location and views are. We walked the beautiful beach every day and at night had the most amazing fires overlooking the sea. Absolutely one of the very best Airbnb stays we have ever had, and highly recommend this cottage and these incredible hosts. Thank you so much for everything, you made our last days in New Brunswick truly magical. 💖

Beautiful, quiet area in April. Loudest sounds were of the waves and birds along the shoreline. Will be booking this area during warmer days. Sunrises and sunsets were beautiful to see every day.

A great stay again in Cocagne! We stayed with Phil last year and enjoyed the cottage and location so much we made a point to repeat this year. Did not disappoint. Cottage is neat and tidy with a great, peaceful location. Very much recommended!

Just wow! My family spent Thanksgiving weekend at this beautiful Airbnb and it was money well spent. The entire cottage was roomy, well stocked and the setting was stunning! The 3 bathrooms were very convenient for our large group. There is a wonderful view from the main floor kitchen, dining room and living room as well as from the games room in the basement. The children LOVED the arcade game and pool table and we all enjoyed the view from the balcony overlooking the water and also from the bonfire. You cannot put a price tag on the memories we made >3 Andrew was quick to answer questions I had leading up to the weekend and was very helpful. His instructions also made check-in very easy. Service was top notch! We would love to go back in the summer and take advantage of the beautiful dock and water sports. I have no hesitation recommending this Airbnb and would definitely do it all over again :)

We really enjoyed staying at Jessica's qiauint, riverfront cottage! Especially relaxing in the hot tub and being out on the river in the canoe and kayaks. This place has a cozy, comfortable feel. Thanks for a great stay!
