Great chalet, very clean, good location. Super clear and detailed guidelines. We loved our weekend.

We had a great weekend with friends at this great host's place! Everything went very well: he was extremely accommodating in letting us arrive earlier and leave later, which allowed us to fully enjoy our stay. In addition, he kindly offered to send us a coat that we had forgotten on site! The chalet was faithful to the photos, very clean, and ideally located, with the river just opposite. Even the neighbors were adorable: they spontaneously offered to lend us their paddles to enjoy them too. A relaxed, caring atmosphere, and memories in your head. Thank you again!

Was a very beautiful and comfortable space. Looks even better in person than the photos! We were able to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature. The kitchen had everything you need to cook all your meals. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay!

We loved our stay in the ancestral house of the island of Embarras: it is a house full of history and character, with a country style. Having coffee in the morning looking at the water in the channel or reading in the afternoon hammock allowed us to relax and enjoy a quieter rhythm. The kitchen is super well-equipped and the air conditioning upstairs in the bedrooms was appreciated during this heat wave. Things to do: a boat hike through the different islands of Sorel.

Very flexible, the accommodation was accessible, 4 beautiful spaces to sleep alone or as a couple. We went for Christmas because we live in different regions and it was very friendly!!!!

We stayed for one month in the house (November 2024)Frédérique and her dad are excellent hosts. Pros: We enjoyed the place. Quiet, incredibly beautiful the view, the space of the house inside and outside. Cleanliness of the place. Details to ensure the comfort of visitors. The essential basics of a house, everything was there. The fireplace. Laundry room. Pets allowed. Partial adaptation for one person in a wheelchair, that's great! Least: The average internet. Unique bathroom, no ventilation. The couch is uncomfortable. Some amenities would have to be renewed. These are present. In short, I would recommend this house. I would go back without hesitation. It's a beautiful place. Close to highway, restaurants and services. Thank you so much to our hosts.

The place was super cozy and had a really welcoming vibe—just perfect for a summer break. Also, Sophie was a great host, always quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed while we were there. I hope to find the cabin in future as well for my next visit.

The place was beautiful, the view of the lake was breathtaking. The apartment is a real little art gallery and very well equipped. Julie and Rémi were very welcoming. A beautiful public beach is nearby and directly accessible. We stayed there because my daughter was competing in Trois-Rivières and the city center is 15 minutes away by car, so it's very accessible. We found a beautiful compromise between the stress of the competition and the tranquility of this place. We highly recommend for couples and small quiet families.

We came as a couple for a few days to rest. The space is a safe haven. It is very well equipped, the bedding is very comfortable. The accommodation is well thought out and communication with the hosts before and during made the stay all the more enjoyable. This is by far our best Airbnb experience. We'll be back with pleasure if we have a chance.

The house is extremely cozy. The amenities are enough and convenient. The view and the waterfront are sublime. Hosts are accommodating. Despite the proximity of the 155, the site is very quiet.

Sublime location for a lot of tranquility, amazing view of the lake. We even had the chance to observe deer very ready due to the surrounding calm. Great!

The location of the chalet is just amazing. We went during the winter and it was warm but we regretted that the temperature prevents us from enjoying the outdoors since the facilities looked great and there is a veranda overlooking the grounds, it's beautiful. The rooms were great, it had everything we needed and even more. Yannicke was very patient with our many questions and above all very responsive.
