This is a studio located in the heart of Vila Madelena. The apartment is located at newest and coolest development of the neighborhood. Taís and I have hosted hundreds of people at our home, and we wanted to have a new place just to host our friends at Airbnb, with no calendar restrictions. We have put our hearts and soul to design this apartment, to make it even more beautiful than our home. The idea is to have the Airbnb community truly live an amazing experience at this place. The building is amazing and incredibly well designed. It comes with a swimming pool, working area for those who wish to get things done, gym, etc. We also have a parking place, so no worries about parking your car on the street. The apartment has one queen bed and a queen size sofa bed (yes.. it is a queen size SOFA bed- REALLY comfy). We've tested hundreds of sofa beds to ensure that the guest that would stay on it could sleep well. So no worries about an uncomfortable night at a horrible sofa. The sofa bed can be divided into two sections, so if you are not a couple you won't need to worry about getting too close at night. The neighborhood of Vila Madalena is simply the best place you can stay in São Paulo, and our apartment is the best option in Vila Madalena. We welcome long stays as well as short ones. Our place is close to Feira Benedito Calixto, Boteco São Bento - Vila Madalena, São Cristóvão Bar e Restaurante, Genésio Pasta e Chopp, Batman Alley, Farmers Market. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the comfy bed, the kitchen, the light, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Our apartment has a 24/7 doorman. You'll receive a code to enter at the apartment (no keys needed) My wife and I live in NYC. We offer support through, text, phone etc.. And we have a lot of friends who can help you in case of an emergency The apartment is in the Vila Madalena neighborhood, which is alive with art, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and parks. It's close to Feira Benedito Calixto, Boteco São Bento, and the Alley Farmers' Market. Getting around is very easy. Public transportation is available and very reliable. The best option getting from the airport to our place is using uber (around 80 Brazilian reais... 20 usd). Taxis cost double Check-in and check-out are flexible whenever we don't have other bookings. If we have a booking you can check-out at 11AM and check-in at 2PM. If you need flexible check-in or check-out let us know in advance so we can confirm it for you. US citizens- You need a VISA to enter Brazil. If you are not allowed to enter Brazil because you forget we won't reimburse your stay (not because we are mean people, but we are letting you know in advance the regulations of our home country).

It has been completely renovated and today is a residence with a delightful terrace and a central view that extends to the Cantareira mountain range. The terrace is the apartment's main attraction. Designed for up to 2 people, the Loft is fully equipped and furnished. Wi-Fi throughout the house, a bathtub and outdoor shower with hot water, an ultra-complete kitchen and plants, lots of plants. This is for urban forest lovers and detail appreciators.

On the last floor of a 5 storey building (with elevator) from the 50's - the 140 square mts apartment was fully renovated and has 2 balconies, 2 story high ceiling, fireplace, AC in the suite and mezzanine, 3 WCs, mezzanine with access to a wooden-floor deck with panoramic view. 500 MB wi-fi network. Note: The sofa bed will only be prepared if the number of guests is filled in at the time of booking. In addition to being just a 10-minute walk from Hospital das Clínicas (Green Line Metro Station), we are 500 meters from Oscar Freire Station (Yellow Line) It is located on Rua Alves Guimarães, between Rua Artur de Azevedo and Av. Rebouças.
