The apartment matches the photos. It has a 24-hour doorman, which makes access at any time very easy. I stayed because it was close to the place where I attended an event, so it solved my problems. The only point I have to mention was the inability to check in early, even though I had previously communicated with the host and the apartment was available the day before. I arrived in SP at 10 am and had to wait until 2 pm to be able to enter because I was not allowed to enter before. It would be interesting if there was this possibility, of course, if the apartment is without a guest the day before

I really liked the space, it was cold, but the room with the wooden floor was perfect, everything very well decorated and cared for, I recommend it to everyone.

My fiancée and I love the apartment, beautiful, clean, comfortable, very cozy, exactly as in the pictures and we were surprised by every detail, and by being so close to everything and its beautiful being. Letícia is very solicitous, always responded and easy to communicate and left everything described about the needs of the ap and information, very polite, we are very comfortable, we highly recommend and Letícia is an amazing host 🥰

Excellent stay, easy to enter and quiet place to get Uber to any destination in the city. Very clean room and corridors/hall. I recommend it and will probably return to the in-person weeks of hybrid work.

the buildings in this neighborhood have extra security, which is great. but, no fault of the host, the building has a weird layout with multiple entry doors and multiple elevators to reach the apartment. the architect clearly wasn't ever planning to live in the building. location overall is perfect.

We stayed a week in Geane's apartment and everything was very good! Geane is super solicitous and was readily available to help me with what I needed. The apartment was very fragrant, organized and efficient. Fully equipped kitchen, lots of cabinets, excellent mattress and pillows. Excellent location. I recommend it!

Mariele was very solicitous, sent accurate and thoughtful guidelines. The apartment was very clean and well organized. It was exactly as advertised and met our demand for an extended holiday in SP. Close to the subway, 8-10 min walk, and close to good restaurants in Vila Madalena. The street is quiet and not noisy at night to sleep. We really liked the stay. Great value for the money in SP

The place is exactly as it is in the photos, a beautiful view of SP. It has a hair dryer and iron. (Differential) A little kit that saved my trip was a mini shampoo with conditioner and soap. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The space is outstanding! Much larger than shown in the photos. And I loved the clay filter for drinking water. It shows that the space was thought of with great affection. It's definitely one of my favorites on the platform now.

The place is quiet, the shower is warm and the house is well equipped. Close to markets, bakeries and public transportation. We recommend it!

Cleber is an amazing person and a great host, he welcomed us at check-in and showed a kindness that I had not yet witnessed on this app. The space is extremely cozy, the decor is very eye-catching, my wife and I felt very welcomed and we were able to rest peacefully. Location near 25 de Março, São Paulo market, Liberdade neighborhood and surroundings, so if you are looking for a refuge to rest after your purchases, without a doubt this is a find. I highly recommend it and hope to return soon ☺️
