To explore NYC, transportation is a breeze: I-87 is 3 blocks away; 15 mins to Yankee Stadium; 25 mins to Midtown; Subway 2 Line Nereid Ave Station is 25 mins walk. Bus lines to and from #4 Woodlawn Sta. is 3 blocks away. Metro-North Woodlawn Sta. is 1.3 miles away.

Our one and only listing is a private house right in the middle of the Bronx and close to all major attractions such as the the Bronx Zoo, the Bronx Botanical Garden, Fordham Shopping District, and Yankee Stadium to name a few. We are located in a diverse neighborhood with people from all walks of life. Whereas the summer months bring out the cultural aspect to the neighborhood, fall and winter exposes the tranquil bitter chill of the community.
