We had the most amazing break! Exactly what we needed. The annex was designed lovely, and breakfast on the patio was a nice treat! The welcome box was a lovely touch and was a nice surprise to find one for the dog. The biscuits went down with him very well! Very thoughtful! The Prosecco and little chocolates were much appreciated Very clean and tidy and felt very much at home. Lots of information provided and amazing recommendations by the host. Kevin was flexible with us and a great help when we lost our dog lead on the beach. We had an incredible dog walk which started directly opposite the house, into the woods and then to an amazing viewing point. Very short drive to the beach and other villages. Beaches are very nice and lots to do Couldn’t recommend this place and Kevin enough. We cannot wait to come back!

A great house to stay in for a family weekend meeting up with my brother and his family from Germany. We all had space and the house was so well equipped we had everything we needed. Great location with walking distance to the beach for an early morning swim or an afternoon with the kids. Highly recommend by everyone.

This is a lovely property and great location for exploring North Norfolk. The house was very clean, had good equipment in the kitchen and some great board games to play too. The house could do with a little sprucing up and a washing machine would be a great addition too. Overall a good place to stay. Thank you.
