The location was great and the maid in the house was very kind, she helped us whenever we needed. Juan was very communicative and made booking easy.

I booked the perfect place to surprise my girlfriend for her birthday. The rockwell view was gonna be another surprise for her but unfortunately, the building lights are out that day, lol. The host is so nice, accommodating and very considerate. We had a wonderful stay, definitely gonna book again. :)

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! The location is 8mins away from SM Aura and all other major spots in BGC. It was tucked in a gated community in a quiet neighborhood. The house is quite new and everything in it. Love the kitchen utensils and cutleries, the cute accessories and decoration at the toilet, the modern lamps are tasteful and the TV is huge. I also love the mechanisms on the sliding doors, it slides smooth. All in all its one of the best place we’ve stayed in Manila, so i highly recommend it.

Staying at Chum’s was very easy and we felt right at home. She’s a very responsive host and catered to all of our needs. The place is just as described, you can cook, use the spa and other facilities. It’s very accessible and close to shops and restaurants. Will definitely book again when we come back to Makati.

this is worth it! i took my nursing exam at Salcedo and this place is very near to my exam location. i love how aesthetically looking it is, the cleanliness, and also i really love that they have a study/office table . it feels so relaxing and it helps me to focus on my review. the host, sir Michael is very specific when it comes to the instructions and he responds quickly. Overall, i enjoyed staying here and will definitely rebook again this place. thank you sir Michael for the smooth accomodation! God Bless!

We enjoyed our unfortunately short stay at Garry's beautifully presented, comfortable and thoughtfully fitted out and well equipped unit. We appreciated the dual tv's and the great sound system in the living room which was great for listening to our fave hip hop tracks. The nearby Century City mall and supermarket was really convenient and we took advantage of the excellent laundry service in th ebuilding.

Therese was easy to talk to and gave clear instructions to find the place. Unit was beautiful and the view was great. Amenities are complete and we were able to enjoy the jacuzzi as well. Thanks Therese!

Everything in the condo was nice. Easy access ti Makati via grab car and walkable to eating places such as El Gaucho Steakhouse (which we tried), and walkable to Poblacion/Burgos Makati, where Filling Station is at, which is our favorite restaurant in the Philippines! There is a mall outside the condo(we didnt go to) but it is nice to have, 7-11, coffee shops, chinese/korean grocert and eating place downstairs, there was a bank to downstairs, I would say every basic thing you need is right downstairs or in walking distance. I was able to work remotely while there as well so internet was okay for it. Never tried the tv nor netflix but it was good to have. Came with bodywash/shampoo, which we didnt use but again nice to have if you need it. Host was very responsive, and proactive! Hight recommend Tim's place!

We enjoyed our stay from June 4–6 and had a very comfortable experience overall. The unit is just a 5-minute walk from M1 Tower, which was perfect since my husband had to report for work there. Crosta Pizza is also nearby, and there are plenty of food options around SM Jazz, all within walking distance. The free parking space was also very convenient and made things much easier for us. The unit had a cozy and artistic vibe—portraits displayed throughout made it feel like we were staying in an artist’s home. The AC worked well too, which was a big plus in the summer heat. Would definitely book this place again if we need to be in Makati!

Had an amazing 2 week stay at Sarii's home. Everything felt like home and location was in the middle of everything needed. Would stay again if in the area.

This was my fourth time on Boris place. It is always a great stay. I always try to book his place but always occupied but this time i booked it months before my arrival in philippines. His place is highly recommended. Close to our home in abu dhabi.
