We wanted to spend a few days cut off from the world with my partner and the house proposed by Hugues completely met our expectations: in the middle of the fields and on the edge of the forest. Big plus for the decor, the renovation of this tastefully made house, the little touches and the amenities offered! Finally, Hugues is kind and has good advice.

The Perche area is outstandingly beautiful. The apartment had a lovely view across the fields and into the distance. Saw deer everyday. The houses and towns in the area are very characterful. For those who like tourist attractions there is not a lot in the area. For those who just want peace and beauty you will not be disappointed. The spiral stairs up to the bedroom are steep but no different to what is advertised. The quality of the bathroom upstairs means you can confine to going up/down to once a day! Roads to and from the property are quiet and wide enough for two cars. We had a lovely 5 day stay.

Very good welcome from Thierry in his little paradise. The house enjoys absolute calm in a bucolic location. The garden is beautiful and very well laid out. The house is perfectly equipped (special mention to the particularly comfortable bedding). We'll be back without hesitating.

Elodie was a fantastic host—attentive, kind, and always available if we had questions. The house itself is absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail was carefully considered, making it feel both cozy and luxurious. The location was perfect for our needs, and we loved the peaceful surroundings. We especially appreciated the little touches, like the welcome snacks and the guidebook with local tips. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

When I come to Le Mans solo for a few days, Anthony's apartment suits me perfectly, located in the city center, 15 minutes from the train station on foot, at the foot of public transport (tram), and Anthony is very attentive to the comments that can be made about his accommodation for its improvement (for example I had requested a larger TV, he changed it), I can only congratulate Anthony.

Thank you to Cindy for facilitating our booking and then our arrival. Our quiet and cool stopover despite the outside heat was regenerating. The shops are close by and there is an exceptional creperie across the street. We will keep an excellent memory of our stay.

Nice and spacious apartment, nice that there is an extra bedroom if you have a sleep disorder like I do. Good beds, nice spaces and details. Delightfully quiet, friendly and helpful reception. For those who do not speak French, the owners speak English. Definitely recommended.

Ideally located accommodation. Everything is on foot (bakery, market on Saturday, caterer, etc.) large parking lot in front of the accommodation on the ground floor. Spacious accommodation with all comforts. The contact was excellent with Cécilia coming to the news in order that everything goes well. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Perfectly clean, spacious, really bright apartment, with a beautiful kitchen with very recent appliances. 2 very large closets in the hallway allow you to easily store linen and personal effects of 4 people (wardrobe and linen): to unpack the suitcases without anything lying around in the living room or bedroom. The bedroom side bedding combines comfort and quiet at night. The sofa is easily convertible, for those who like a firm bed. The long balcony allows you to have a coffee outside and partly overlooks a public garden. The house of the holy spouses Zélie and Louis Martin is 5 minutes away, the basilica and the old streets 7 minutes away by strolling. Everything is within walking distance, once the car is parked just in front, no worries even with a large 8-seater vehicle. We'll keep the address for a future stop in Orne!
