Apartment holiday rentals in Belknap County

It was a nice place to stay for the weekend. We were looking for something close to Weirs Beach and it was just up the hill. We had a little trouble getting in when we first arrived as the instructions were a little confusing, but a quick text on Airbnb resulted in a quick response that got us inside. Otherwise was a good place to stay.

We had an amazing time staying at Cedar Lodge during Laconia Bike Week, and I can’t recommend it enough! The location was perfect — just minutes from all the action, but tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet when we needed it. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning — even better than the pictures. Waking up to that every morning was such a bonus. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and easy stay. Michael was an outstanding host — super friendly, easy to communicate with, and made check-in a breeze. He clearly puts care into making sure guests feel at home, and it really showed. If you’re coming to Laconia, especially for Bike Week, this is the place to stay. We’ll definitely be booking again next year

This two bedroom and bath was perfect for two couples getting away for a concert! The local bars and local music was perfect and very safe area! This rental location is beautiful views and so quick to local attractions!

Super clean floor apartment. Ceiling fans in bedrooms, air conditioner works to cool the whole apartment. Neat little bar area and everything is there for you. Even some food basics for you to use. Every possible kitchen utensils and pans for you to cook in. Super comfortable beds, lots of pillows and blankets. Terrific little diner across the street and one block from Mill Falls. Wonderful staff, and so clean that I would have moved in! We loved it and I recommend to anyone staying in town to stay here and enjoy.

I saw all the reviews on the stairs, but the stairs aren't so bad and well maintained during the snowy/icy winter. the place was exactly as described, very clean and we will be staying again!

We had an absolute wonderful week at Tessa & Maria’s place! What a beautiful location! The space was perfect for my husband, dog and I. Very spacious with a bedroom, living room, kitchens and TWO bathrooms! My favorite part was the deck/balcony, with a beautiful view of the lake! Others staying there were so nice, especially the family below us. Very very friendly and welcoming. Maria was very proactive at fixing things we wouldn’t have even noticed. She brought new cushions for the patio furniture and adjusted the canopy so we wouldn’t get wet! Way above and beyond! The grounds were extremely clean and beautiful! Can’t go wrong with the lake in the summer! They even had beach chairs for you, so you don’t need to bring your own! We love the area, while there is so much to do, it’s very quiet and peaceful! Just what we wanted. Maria, thank you again for sharing your home, tucker loves the lake, we appreciate being able to share it with him!

Great place to stay while we’re here for bike week, main road and paved drive, easy to find and close to restaurants etc

This was an absolute beautiful stay. The views of the lake with the fall foliage was breathtaking. The home had everything we needed and was perfectly clean. Would definitely come again.

Patricia was a PHENOMENAL host and the property was gorgeous! As first time visitors to the area, we were extremely appreciative of the recommendations she gave and the fact that she went above and beyond to tailor them to our children's ages. The game area was a huge hit and wound up inspiring a parents vs. children table game battle that had us laughing well into the night. The location was fantastic, allowing us to walk to dining, shopping and local things to do. We quite literally had everything we needed and are already planning our next (longer) stay! Patricia, we can't thank you enough for giving us a special Father's Day weekend getaway!

This condo is beautiful and comfortable and was the perfect spot for my family and I to get away for the weekend to the lake. Brittany was super friendly and very responsive. She was super hospitable with extra toiletries and amenities to use during our stay. Also it’s only a 5-10 min walk to Weirs beach! Great place and I would definitely recommend it!

A nice cozy spot in a beautiful area around everything . The home was so clean and beautifully set up and peaceful.

Enjoyed staying in the condo a great deal. The linens were soft and cozy , the kitchen had a good variety of kitchen things.We found it was very comfortable for two people. Close to things to do surrounded by beautiful lakes.

Sherryl was very nice and responsive. I love her place. My family and I enjoyed our short stay, everything was close by and very easy to get to. I loved the pool and my daughter had so much fun swimming! I highly recommend Sherryl and Domingo place!

The place was super cute and very convenient for our family of 4. We came up to see the Ice Castles and to head to Gunstock Mountain. It was a close ride for both. Perk was getting some snow while we were there!

Fantastic condo in an amazing location! We highly recommend booking Matthew’s place. The condo is very cozy and will have everything you need. The kitchen was fully stocked. Matthew is extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. The beach is gorgeous and is only a short walk down the driveway and across the street! Definitely recommend.

We will definitely be back to this BNB. This is the second condo we have stayed in this area, and this is by far the best one! Clean. Friendly. Responsive.

This was a good space to rent. It is like all garden style condos, there are people above you and the footsteps can be heard.

Such a beautiful, cozy, clean, home-away- from-home! The beds were extremely comfortable, the linens superb. Perfect decor, and the perfect location; everything about Valerie’s home was perfect! We did not want to leave! Next year I will schedule my trip back to NH around the availability of her condo, that’s how amazing it is!

This was a great place to stay. We could see Lake Winnipesaukee from the unit.
