The living room features a woodburning fireplace and 2 built in queen bed "bunks". Enjoy sun-soaked pasture views from the main bedroom or while soaking in the clawfoot bathtub.

Guest space is the entire first floor of 47' round house with six foot picture windows which allow a 180 degree views on a private half mile on the Connecticut River. Extensive gardens, 30' private guest porch overlooking sandy beach and natural swimming vortex. 4 kayaks, firepit on river's edge, rope hammocks on riverbank. Northlight studio, queen bed ,and foldout couch,divided from bedroom by curtains. Small kitchenette and dining room area.

Bear Hollow is a 3+loft bedroom, 2.5 bath log home just 5 minutes from Cannon Mountain & Mittersill. The perfect destination for all seasons, it's nestled in the mountains and woods of Franconia, NH. Easy access to the White Mountain National Forest for hiking, biking, zip-lines and swimming. There are several nearby golf courses and ski areas. The house has a wrap-around porch, fully equipped kitchen and gas fireplace. Reservations for guests over the age of 25 or families w/children. No pets.

Our nest at the Franconia Notch is your perch in the fabulous White Mountains of New Hampshire! There is something wonderful here for everyone in your flock. Feather you’re a hiker and skier or enjoy scenic train rides and live bear shows, the Nest is your roost in the heart of adventure country. Shuttle to Loon Mountain Resort and ski home or wing over to Cannon Mountain for more down hill fun. Feeling peckish, Lincoln’s many restaurants and bars are a short stroll from your stoop.

Private guest house situated on over 250 acres, with fully equipped gourmet kitchen and great views of quiet fields and valley. Pond with diving board for swimming in the summer. Giant sledding hill is a favorite of children and adults alike. Trails on property for hiking, xc- skiing, and snowshoeing. 15 mins to Woodstock VT. 45 mins to Killington,Pico and Okemo. Wright’s Mountain Retreat

A perfect romantic getaway, this secluded property sits on a private 10-acre lot located off from a well-maintained dirt road. The home sits on an open knoll with beautiful views and surrounding pastures. Recently remodeled, it features a private indoor infrared Sauna. Cell phone service is limited but WiFi is available. Located minutes from the Wright’s Mountain / Devil’s Den Town Forest hiking trail, named a National Scenic Trail in 2018. This is a non-smoking property.

Russell's Cabin

Quaint log cabin. Access to Coronary on Kingdom Trails is right across the road when the trails are open. What to do during STICK SEASON? Gravel ride and hike, of course!!!! Sleeps 1-4. Upstairs bedroom has a king bed that can be split into two twin XL beds...whatever works best for you. Futon in downstairs living area can sleep 2. We also have two memory foam folding beds available if sleeping on a futon isn't your thing for the 3rd/ 4th guests.
