Great location and only minutes walk to shops, cafes and amenities like the park which hosts various markets and events. Loved the private shady covered courtyard which worked well on hot and rainy days and unit had everything you would need for a family break. Beach was a pleasant 15 min stroll or 2 min drive which is good with kids.

Lovely place to stay and the hosts were very welcoming and helpful! It’s in a great location in Geelong, with great coffee shops and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend staying here!

This is my second visit to Graeme's studio flat, and I have to say it’s definitely the best value-for-money Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Graeme has renovated the bathroom this time, giving the studio a fresher, more modern feel. His dgos Lexa and Frankie are as affectionate and welcoming as ever, and they got along really well with our dog. The pet-friendly environment makes it perfect for families who want to travel with their furry friends. The huge backyard offers stunning views of the night sky, especially when you can stargaze from the spa - it's definitely the highlight of all seasons! Due to some unexpected circumstances, we had to change our plans, but Graeme was very understanding and accommodate our needs to. Really appreciate that and we will definitely visit the studio again!

A perfect, well furnished and peaceful property. This was our second stay and was just as nice as the previous stay. Pixie was informative and clear with information and prompt if we needed anything. The property and location is perfect for those who want a peaceful weekend / week away in a beautifully decorated and maintained property and walkable to dining and entertainment options. highly recommended.
