Fenced yard, garden furniture. Ideal location 20 minutes from the A11 and A28. Pets not allowed. Events not allowed.

A longhouse in the heart of Le Perche (between Mortagne and Bellême) quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac in the middle of greenery (flowered garden and attached orchard on a surface of more than one hectare). The house is through, facing east / west, and benefits from the setting sun. It was renovated in 2024. It has a large living /dining room of 60 m2 with a large glass roof overlooking the garden and 6 bedrooms (1 downstairs and 5 upstairs). It's great for a weekend getaway with family or friends.

Justine and Richard welcome you to this ideally located accommodation in the Perche Regional Natural Park for lovers of walking, nature, forest... You will have the upper part of the cottage with all the necessary comforts. You will surely receive a warm welcome from our dog Scout or the other animals of the family, this cottage being located on our property of 10 hectares. You will be between 10 and 20 km from the small towns of Bellême, La Perrière, and Mortagne.

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. Many local producers: Cidrerie, cheese maker, organic vegetable & others..
