The house is very quiet and you can reach it in about 7 minutes' walk uphill from the private parking lot or on foot from the public parking lot in Canedo in about 15 minutes on a flat path. There is no direct car access.

Terrace with comfortable pergola where to spend the summer evenings in company, Castaneda and beautiful also in autumn with its chestnut woods ideal for those who like to go for walks in the mountains. In winter we are in a sunny area with a mild climate. Parking in the village is free 100 meters from the house.

In the Stalla Borla 11 you can relax, soak up the sun and enjoy the proximity to nature. Direct access to hiking, biking and bike paths is ideal for the athletic among you. Perfect place for a family vacation: away from busy roads, close to nature & forest. Winter also has its charm in Borla: the sun can also shine on the shortest day of the year from 10 am to 4 pm. In the snow, eventful snowshoe tours are possible directly from the house.
