Monthly Rentals in Belltown

The Crows Nest is a charming apartment above a detached garage. The space was clean and cozy for the two of us. We especially enjoyed the walkable proximity to the bike path, and the free use of beach chairs and umbrella. The neighborhood is quiet and secluded with easy access parking. Chris and Kate were quickly responsive when we were clueless as to how to operate the entrance door. (This was only our 2nd time renting an airbnb) We will definitely look forward to a return stay!

This rental was really a great find for our stay in Lewes DE. Easy to find, keypad instructions were great, and very close to a lot of places! The hosts provided a clean and sanitized home for us for the week. The only issue was the low battery in the keypad in which the owner advised they would fix it—and we had zero trouble with it anyways! The hosts respond to any inquiry within a very reasonable time as well. They are very attentive to any questions and concerns you may have. My family and myself will definitely look into staying with these hosts again! Will also recommend to family and friends for their vacations as well. Thank you!

Sara's condo was great- clean and nicely furnished, with plenty of space. As someone with some physical difficulties, it was great that it was on the ground floor, with just the curb separating it from the parking lot. The master bath had a walk in shower, which also helped with movement issues. I have to say that Sara was great, any time I contacted her with a question, always getting right back to me with friendly advise! I would definitely go back there again!

We had a great time in Maria's place. The condo is exactly as described and is beautiful. Maria is an outstanding host, a great communicator and made us feel very welcome. She even offered an early check in and a late check out. Ten out of ten.
