Only 2 blocks from the beach and in walking distance to all of the hottest spots including DJais and Bar Anticipation. We offer free to use Wifi and relax back at the house on one of the couches and watch some entertainment from our 50inch TV. Fully stocked kitchen that had everything you need! My wife and I traveled for business and brought out two young daughters 5 and 2 y/o. There was plenty of space for us all to relax and enjoy ourselves. It felt like home which allowed us to relax and enjoy the area. The location is near a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and other convenience stores. The drive is 2 minutes. You can also walk about 5-10minutes to the area with restaurants. The walk is pleasant, as the neighborhood is well kept and gardening seems to be one of the primary hobbies. We spent time driving all over the shore for various reasons (work and leisure). The house was well situated and easy to travel wherever we needed. This house could easily accommodate 6 grown adults. Plenty of space and amenities to relax and unwind.

It’s the perfect getaway with plenty of space and so neat and clean really felt like home. 3 bathrooms was a godsend and kitchen had everything we needed. 4 city blocks to beach with 2 spots on property so never had to worry about finding parking in busy Belmar which was a relief. Definitely will be back again!

This rental is the lower level of a duplex. Getting into the unit was easy and having a designated parking spot just a few feet away from the entrance was great. The unit is SPOTLESS, and I don’t use that word lightly. The unit has everything one would need for a stay, including high-quality pots and pans(if you love to cook). Having the washer/dryer was so convenient and there were even really nice hangers in each closet. I should mention that my Mother and I both use walking devices (walker and rolator) and we needed to leave them in the car because they were too bulky to use in the unit. We made it work, but If you have more than one person in your group that relies on a walking device, this might not be the best match for you. The property is located within walking distance to the beach, marina, shops, restaurants/bars. This is a great spot for 2 adults, or for a couple with a child. I highly recommend this adorable and immaculate unit, and Andy was always friendly and responsive.

I absolutely loved my stay at this place! From the moment we arrived until we left, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The place itself is magnificent, with a ton of space and lots of rooms, making it perfect for the whole family. What really sealed the deal was the incredible location. Being literally one block from the beach meant we could walk there in just a few minutes, any time we wanted. It made our beach vacation so incredibly convenient and enjoyable!
