'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Open plan living space, flowing out onto an outdoor deck and fire pit. BBQ available for use including BBQ tools, spray oil and paper towel. Also available on request is the use soft top surfboard and a stand-up paddle board for when the surf is flat. Contactless check-in.

This spacious, modern and well equipped studio suite is conveniently located in the quiet north east corner of Lake Macquarie, just three minutes stroll from the lakeside. The space comprises the entire lower floor of the property, with private entrance and parking accessible from the rear. Internet connection is excellent as we have fibre to the home connected.

Welcome to our Kookaburra Cabin! It is a studio cabin with a soft Queen bed, Kitchen, Bathroom with full shower, TV (Netflix and Disney+ and a table for two.) The Cabin is located in the back of an established home with off street parking available in the driveway or private space out the back. Small but has everything you need for a short stay, light, cozy and comfortable.
