Necessario automezzo per poter raggiungere il centro di Trieste in 15 minuti. Luogo sempre silenzioso e rilassante. Pista ciclabile a pochi minuti per raggiungere la città per chi è allenato! Najbližje plaže v Ankaranu je oddaljena 4 km približno 7 km pa je do nove plaže v Kopru. V bližini je trgovina, pošta, bari, slaščičarna. Urejene so peš poti in kolesarska pot Parencana, po kateri lahko pridemo do turističnega Portoroža. 20 km od Škofij se nahaja kobilarna Lipica, 50 km Postojnska jama in Predjamski grad.

Near Muggia and near Parenzana cycling route, in a panoramic and quiet area, from where you can reach slovenian and croatian Istria very easily. Animals are welcome, but they cannot be left alone in the apartment.

Grazie al suo ricchissimo patrimonio naturalistico la Val Rosandra, con il suo corso d'acqua superficiale unico del Carso triestino, il Torrente Glinščica e alla cascata di circa 40m è sempre stata meta di escursionisti e rocciatori.
