Holiday rentals in Benaulim Beach

We had a very nice stay at Arlene's villa, despite the raining season had already started ! The beach is at walkable distance and we enjoyed peaceful walks there. There are also multiple restaurant on the beach with the warmest staff there. Supermarket and shops can be found at 15 minutes walking distance. The kitchen is well equiped so we were able to cook on our own sometimes, maling us feel like home for 5 days. The society is great, with kind and helpful staff and even a swimming pool. Arlene was extremely helpful, quick in response whenever we had a question or needed recommendation. Lot of things to do by cab. Definitely recommend!

The place is clean and well maintained. Good for small groups. Didn’t find any issue from neighbours’ side. I stayed for 2 days. The only thing was the cleaning was not done time for my 2nd day of stay. Else everything was good.

Its a nice peaceful place with nice backyard for bbq and chilling out, as well as sit out in front. Swiming pool is very close to the house. So when beaches are to sunny and hot, staying back and relaxing can be done.

Sanjeev's place (without exaggeration) is one of the best AirBnb's I have stayed at. The property is exactly as described and spotless clean. It has all the amenities you might need and there are 2 nice helpers to take care of your every need. They also keep the place clean and dry all the time and are working round the clock. The location is perfect and very convenient. It has a lot of restaurants, shopping, etc around the area and a 20 mins walk to the beach. The price might seem a bit high compared to other places around, but it is 100% worth the experience. Sanjeev is also the nicest, super responsive host and is very accommodating. He genuinely wants you to have a good relaxing time and will make sure you get what you need. I would definitely recommend it to everyone, and I would come back and stay here again. If you book it, make sure you help keep the place in its great condition and be a responsible guest so such places can be enjoyed for a long time. They are hard to find.

Our Stay at West Wind Retreat-102 Dove was extremely homely and a perfect place for the Goan Holiday. Our host Elaine guided us before our arrival of various facilities and distances to beach and market place. The one BHK Apartment was neat and clean and all basic requirements including a small library were catered for. It was a peaceful gated Society with lush green surrounding. Our host was readily available for any sundry requirements and assistance if needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday visiting beaches, shopping, cruise and eating joints-back to Dove was so relaxing. Thanks to Elaine .. Sangeeta Amulya

This is a gem of a find in the hustle and bustle of Benaulim..the apartment is in a clean and quiet complex. The apartment itself is well equipped and is as described. The terrace provides a fresh and cool environment to sit to have a morning coffee or an evening aperetif. The outlook is one of the best ones as the apartment overlooks the pool.Anand was super responsive, very helpful and resolved a couple of small issues very promptly. He was very flexible and communicated clearly and promptly. This apartment is one of the nicest ones that you will find. The apartment is cleaned regularly and the maid was friendly and helpful..We came to Goa on business and this was the perfect apartment to use as a base. it would have been equally suitable for a holiday too as it's so close to all amenities,the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. If you stay here definitely try the German bakery situated to the left of the apartment The sourdough bread is amazing. Also go for cocktails at BENO👍

The apartment was beautiful. Modern, nicely decorated, I can tell it was all done recently but it also still feels homey and comfortable too. I visited from the US, my first time in Goa and the apartment was great, easy walking distance to the beach. Goa is sooo beautiful. And the place was a great price for how nice it is too. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy Cavelossim. The bungalow is just perfect and has everything you could want or need to feel at home. The beds were very comfortable and the veranda was lovely to sit in looking out at the beautiful gardens and the pool. It is very peaceful and yet five minutes from the main street where the supermarket and various shops are. Lots of very good restaurants are within walking distance. We had four glorious days in Pulmeria. Hope to be back next year.
