Holiday rentals with a patio in Bengaluru Urban

I stayed at Mandeep's house for a month with my kids and mom,it was a wonderful stay..My kids loved and enjoyed the stay...The house is spacious,clean and well ventilated.....The hosts Lilly aunty and Rudolf uncle helped us timely with everything we needed... I would love to stay here again... I would highly recommend mandeep'house for anyone looking for a comfortable,safe and wonderful stay...

So warm and welcoming, it nailed that rare feeling of being truly at home in a new place. The space was airy and naturally cool even in the heat of summer, I didn’t need the AC. I’d return just to relive that comfort because home isn’t a place, it’s a feeling, and this stay got it just right and all that within budget. Ganesh and team, thank you for the hospitality!

Ayiaz is a very friendly and helpful person. The Appartment has been very well maintained and well equipped with high quality items. The care takers are also very helpful and polite. Everything is very well taken care of and crafted in a nuanced manner . The location is very well connected.

This is a great place to stay.. It have everything but just no drinking water options so carry your own..

Great place to relax after the day is done. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Away from the main road so its quiet. The sit outs with greenery are beautiful. Two challenges faced and resolved were 1)No elevator. However the maid Komala is always willing to assist 2) Street parking can be had to find but if you don’t mind a short walk its not an issue Finally Nanda and Subash are great hosts and are always approachable

Great place to stay

We had a business trip to BIEC, so we narrowed in on this property. Just 10mins travel time to BIEC & back. One of the best properties that we stayed in Bangalore, beautiful area and safe property for ladies. The room was silent, photogenic and peaceful with all the amenities. Excellent security, easy access for cab booking. Daily housemaid Mamtha was very helpful Host Akshay was always at a ring away. Felt just like home but a 5 Star home.

The place is very private and discrete in its location. If you are looking for someplace to chill by a private pool space , this is just the right spot . Its whole terrace with pool an amenities thats good for a private party, the rooms are basic but good . 2 bedrooms may sleep 6 . Host is very understanding and helpful. The house help is around. Very secure as the lower floor access is controlled via auomated locks and can only be opened from inside. Very safe

It's a beautiful Piece of art. I loved the stairs placement, it gives a Disney sort of feelings. Place is located in the centre, everything is nearby. Good places to eat nearby and shopping centre as well. Would love to stay there again.

Dwell well is what Jeevan wishes for you and provides!! My trip was unplanned as I had to rush to B'lore to attend to my daughter who had met with an accident (hit and run case). Jeevan's cozy house was such a heartwarming and restful place in all of this chaos! Very close to Manipal hospital and conveniently located in the happening Indiranagar 100 ft road. I must mention how considerate Jeevan (and business partnerJuhie) were to have accommodated my extended stay by opening the first floor of this squeaky clean house. The 24x7 help, Bimal, is an extremely friendly and efficient caretaker! Kudos to you and your team, Jeevan! Wishing you many more years of hosting! About home: - Felt like home - Peaceful and private - good internet speed - laundry services, medical stores and supermarkets are in one minute walking distance - exclusive vegetarian restaurants near by - prime location - cab services at door step - daily domestic service About Mohan and team: - Very accessible - local recommendations - don’t miss food recommendations from Mohan and team. They are must try. - Mohan took us to a nearby Bäckerei, local snacks are a must try. - safety first: Mohan and team kept me informed the other day regarding some local event which was not a great idea to participate due to unforeseen sequence of events that could take place due to mass gathering. It was very thoughtful of them to check with me constantly through this course of time. I had very pleasant experience and I will stay here again.

It was an absolutely delightful stay! picture perfect, superb interiors, facilities, matching the description and all the pictures listed match the property. he was very considerate and arranged parking inside the property when he came to know our car is new. all the amenities were really good and as promised. highly recommended!

First thing to say is it is a JNR Jewel. It is close to 4th Block and close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The home is very spacious and rooms are big with all furnishings and you can technical invite folks and spend time in the home if you are not interested in traveling in BLR. It is close to Metro which is a big advantage while we still can uber or OLA or auto!! As for safely very safe and sound place and has a park to walk and get fresh air. Kumar and team who does the house keeping is very friendly and sincere and they helped us all along our stay. They strive very hard to keep the home clean!! for folks who are religious, there is a very nice pooja room with a beautiful idol of Krishna!! As for kitchen, it is pristine and you can really do a full meal!! As for laundry, I can’t complain. It has both washer and dryer. So you really don’t need to carry a lot of clothing. + remember great place for a new wardrobe!! Last but not least, an elevator will be great!!

This is a great place , a home away from home . Everything and anything that you need in a home was there . Quiet neighbourhood . Photos matching as described. Everyone in the family liked this place very much .Very clean bathroom’s , very responsive host , super clean bedrooms, sheets /towels , hassle free checkin . Dont miss this place , worth it .

The place is really beautiful, looks exactly as shown in the pictures. Check-in was really smooth and the apartment was available clean on arrival. Place is really amazing with really welcoming host. I would always recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a quiet and cozy time with friends and family.

I think this a cozy and nice place in the middle of Bangalore with some great breeze and privacy. Lot of options when it comes to food around you and the caretaker is super helpful too !

If you’re looking for peaceful private place with nature feel around, do go for this stay without hesitation. Amenities are as mentioned. Place is clean and green. Host is kind and quick responsive for any issue or query all the time.

This beautiful penthouse is decorated very well by Augustine and gives an art cafe vibe. It's surrounded by trees and is very peaceful that you forget you are in the heart fo the city. The location is great and the house is very well maintained. Samuel is very responsive and was helpful when my wife was sick and was able to help us whenever we reached out to him. I would defitnely recommend this place.

Rohini is great host It was pleasure staying at their place. Good cozy place and nice little sit out under greens for breakfast etc. Nice fully equipped kitchen and clean place. She was very cooperative in accepting late checkout. Place is bit far from metro in case one is looking for metro connectivity and on main road - which is nice but becomes bit noisy if one keep window open. Overall - nice and lovely place.
