Ideally located to discover the region, we stayed with 2 families in the beautiful house of Rickart ( even better than in the photos!). Spacious, functional, very clean. We took advantage of the swimming pool and the very pleasant environment around the house Warm welcome. We strongly recommend! Thanks Rickart!

We had a great stay! The house is very nice and well-kept, and the location is ideal for families with children — peaceful surroundings with plenty of space to play. The pool was definitely a highlight, although we had to pay extra to have it opened in early June, which was quite expensive. Still, it added a lot to the experience, and we really enjoyed our time here overall!

Very nice house! We were 8 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us. The pool was wonderful and we received a nice welcome from the neighbor who helped us. We were 4 adults and 1 child who had 4 nice days. The house was even better than the photos! We used the pool extensively. There were very nice hiking opportunities and short distance to Gothenburg. Nice food stores nearby. We would be happy to come back. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house, so many lovely details, gorgeous kitchen with everything needed and the outside with the pool and the hotpot, best. Our son and we loved it. Supermarket only three minutes by car. It is so quite.

The house is a real paradise! We were thrilled from the first second and would love to come back anytime. The location of the house on the island is absolutely unique. It stands alone on a hill with a breathtaking view and yet the harbor and supermarket are quickly within walking distance. The furnishings of the apartment and kitchen are far above average. We were missing a hair dryer, but we had simply overlooked that in advance. The tips provided by the owners are perfect. Big Bob's BBQ was especially delicious! When arriving or after excursions to the mainland, you must make sure that the ferry is not available 24 hours a day. Thank you very much for letting us get to know this paradise!

Beautiful luxury holiday home in a beautiful setting. A minute's walk from a beautiful beach and in the middle of the woods. The host came to meet us, which was very pleasant. Very helpful and considerate. We can recommend this place/accommodation to everyone.

A guest house with a very good standard that has everything needed for two on a trip. Good with equipment for cooking, comfortable living room and good beds. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood

We had a super nice week at the lake house! Thank you, Maria & Klaus for this great holiday and the very good contact during the stay! The house is very lovingly decorated and very well equipped, for any weather the house/property offers something, so it can only get bored with a lot of effort. :-) The lake is really great, whether canoeing/boating, fishing, swimming or other activities. Also the surroundings are stunningly beautiful and anything but boring. There are many attractions in the area.. from rides in rock walls, great hiking trails, nature reserves, the beautiful archipelago coast and waterfalls are all there. Shopping and refueling can be done 10 minutes away - yet you have the feeling of being "far away" and "in peace" in the house, which means that it is located right on the lake and a little deeper, which we really loved! We don't have any negative points, and can really highly recommend this place.

We had a great week in Tanum Strand. The house has a great location with a beautiful terrace with sea views. The apartment was very well equipped and beautifully furnished. Due to the large sofa bed, you can have a good holiday there for four or five. Communication with Ove was always very friendly and above all fast. Highly recommended!

Very beautiful and quiet location in the middle of nature, very well equipped. Perfect place if you want to explore Bohuslankust. Tip from baker Smögens in Grebbestad was perfect.

Pernilla's house is everything our family needed to relax and unwind. The house is even more beautifully and stylishly decorated than it is described. The beautiful house is super cozy, stylish, and the location must be the most beautiful in all of Sweden. The house is on a slight hill and the view from there of the lake and the surroundings are stunningly beautiful. We have forever held this place in our hearts. Partly due to the super sweet parents of Pernilla, Anne-Marie and Morgan. They made our stay even more fun because of the many stories we were told and the help they offered. Our kids love them and still talk about the lake house. In short, we felt in the seventh heaven that we had the opportunity to stay in Pernilla's house. We will definitely come back but for a longer period. We stayed here for 3 days now and believe me , that's not enough in this paradise. We give Pernilla and her parents 20 stars!

We had a wonderful stay at Jan-Olof's cabin! The location was absolutely amazing, perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Jan-Olof was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed – from boat to firewood and all the amenities to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We felt really welcome and would highly recommend this cottage to others. We are looking forward to come back!

We had a wonderful time in the small cottage with Jakob and Deborah. In the cottage, there was everything we needed, there was a cozy garden corner under trees for drinking coffee and the cottage was very lovingly prepared for us. We were very happy about the bouquet of flowers, the bed linen and the beautifully folded towels. The location was great, close to 3 nature reserves, many swimming spots, even a park with the rock carvings from the Bronze Age. We were very warmly welcomed, Jakob had many good tips for us and we recovered very, very well in the best summer weather in Amal. We would love to come back and can only highly recommend the hut.

We stayed 6 days in the accommodation and felt very comfortable. It's just right for 2 people, very cozy and quiet. Ulla was a great hostess. A hiking trail passes directly by the property.

The four of us spent a great week in Bitti's house. The house corresponds to the pictures and we enjoyed it very much. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge and freezer combination, oven, stove, extractor, dishwasher, plenty of cutlery and dishes as well as spices, oil, etc. The beds in the two bedrooms are very comfortable and we slept well in them. It is great that you have 2 bathrooms. If you need it, you will find a TV with a varied program selection as well as a fast Wi-Fi. From the terrace you have a great view of the fields where you can watch deer every evening. There are many lakes for fishing and bathing nearby. However, it must be mentioned here that fishing without a boat is limited. Swimming in the lake in summer temperatures is very pleasant and we enjoyed it. We would be happy to come back. All in all we had a great stay. Thank you very much Bitti.

We had a wonderful time at the lake house. The location and the house are unique. The lake views from every window are incredible. We took beautiful hikes right by the lake, collected mushrooms, fished from the jetty and were out and about with the in-house canoe. Many thanks Therese for the always helpful communication and this beautiful spot!

Andrea was a very helpful and responsive host. Everything was comfortable and perfect.

Remko's house in Bengstfors was beautiful and calm, with lots of space and wonderful views. We loved the feel here, and the back yard even had some places to explore where we found wild strawberries and a boulder to climb. We made use of the well-supplied kitchen and the laundry room, which was much needed in the middle of a long trip for us. There is a safe walking path into town to access a grocery store and a few restaurants. Remko and his family were incredibly accommodating, even helping us out when we lost the house key! We enjoyed exploring all that this region has to offer while staying in a comfortable and spacious family home.

The house and location is amazing. Very secluded and in the middle of the forest. Lake nearby, if you want to do a lot, you may have to drive something by car. The hostess was super nice and helpful.
