Clean, bright, comfortable apartment with everything necessary for life. Close to the sea. The owners are very kind and responsive. The only problem for me is soundproofing and thermal insulation.

Very spacious accommodation with everything you need to feel at home, all kinds of kitchenware and details, very comfortable beds. Everything was very clean, and the location was ideal, close to the beach and the restaurant area. Christelle was very kind and attentive, she made our arrival and departure very easy, being flexible with schedules and with very good communication at all times. 100% recommended

The apartment is as described. Marc's kindness in explaining everything. The parking space is 10 points, even if it is not connected to the building. And the best thing is the location, beachfront. Quiet. And if you don't want to walk a lot, there's a typical Spanish restaurant next door that we always ate at, excellent.

Great stay by all means. Apartment is well maintained and had everything we needed for a smooth vacation. Along with that there's a dog beach right next to the house and a few cool spots to visit in the neighbour cities.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment autumn of 2024. The appartment is very nice; it is bright with large window with a sea view and historic old town view. Clean and in good condition with nice amenities and everything was working well. Location is central, only less than kilometer from local city center and 500m for the nearest beach and restaurants. The apartment is having a nice balcony + large terrace- ideal for morning exercises and coffee with sunrice. There is also a really nice hiking trails starting few hunders meters away. City is active and having pleanty of events year around. Ideal for long term holidays, you can get homely feeling easily. The host is very nice, flexible and responding quickly (welcoming was outstanding). All in all we had a really great time.

We had a lovely vacation! Élödie was always in touch, friendly. Great apartment, beautiful sunsets from the terrace on the second floor. But the sea is not suitable for children. The nearest beaches with rocks and rocks, we went to the center on the sand. We will come again! Good luck!

The house is beautiful and the stay in it was very grateful and comfortable. The house was very clean and had everything you needed and extra details. Eva was very friendly and spent time resolving inquiries about the area, restaurants, transportation... The only thing to detail is that the parking is on a slope and is a bit narrow, it is not the most comfortable but it has parking and fulfills the function and it was great to have it at our disposal. The apartment for the time of year we have not used it, pear is right in front of the apartment, super comfortable. We loved the stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. Beatriz has been very attentive and communicative, the house had everything we needed and is in a great area to get to know Benicàssim (next to the beach, in the pretty area of the Villas, and with a supermarket in front). We've spent 20 days of Christmas and everything was perfect. The apartment is as described in the photos, the incredible views, we caught cold days and no problem since the heating worked very well. To put some but, which at this time of the year is almost all closed. You can walk to the center of the village that is two kilometers away. In return, a lot of peace is enjoyed at this time in the area. We would come back without hesitation.
