Waterfront holiday rentals in Benidorm

Susana was really kind to come and take us into the apartment explaining everything to us, and the view was stunning, even better than the photos, everything was as descripted. It was a shame that we came in the wrong time of the year and couldn’t take advantage of the external pool but it doesnt matter because you got the beach (and everything and every place you need) in 10-15 minutes by walk. If I come back in the future I’ll try to book with Susana again for sure!

Beautiful apartment, well located, large views and with all the amenities, both the apartment and the urbanization, with its pools, gym.. Lots of light and tastefully decorated, all furnishings were like new. In addition to clean every area of the house. In addition, the agency's attention was excellent.

Of the apartments I've been to, this one has been the best for me. Comfortable, beautiful, with spectacular views, the terrace is amazing. Water pressure, although we used both showers at the same time in each bathroom, there was no pressure problem. In short, I recommend it 💯 x 💯

It was a beautiful place with beautiful view. We loved the location as it was a 4-5 minute walk to the beach. The Airbnb had everything you can think of that you would need for a stay!

Great stay in a charming, rustic, villa. The location is perfect for exploring the Levante beach area. The villa is really big. Exceeded expectations. Highly recommended.

Absolutely recommended!! Were immediately warmly welcomed and everything was explained. Super nice place where we immediately felt at home. Everything very clean and nicely designed. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. We even got tips on where to eat. Amenities were perfect. You have everything you need. The owner also got us snacks and drinks on arrival. We will be happy to come back.

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

Calm, clean ja cozy apartment for family holiday (2 adults and 2 children)😊 + pool area with shower and sunbeds+umbrellas + good beds + excellent air-con + well equipped kitchen, dishwasher + great wi-fi + small shop and tram stop quite near Stein answered all questions quickly and everything went well, thank you.

Our 2nd time stay at pepe was excellent again. We really enjoyed the place is perfect. Everything is very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend it. The 2nd day the hairdryer broke and this was neatly resolved the same day, we immediately got a new hairdryer. There were 2 cold beers ready on arrival which was also very nice because arrived at 1:30 at night. Pepe and multiple, Thank you so much again.

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

Mr. Manuel was very helpful and understanding from the beginning. The accommodation met our expectations. What made our stay more enjoyable was the kindness of the owners, who helped us with all our questions about the surrounding area and how we could get around in that area. We recommend it and hope to return at the next opportunity.

Our first time booking with Airbnb & Jorge was exceptional. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean & in a lovely location. Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. Lovely apartment on the sea front in Altea. Stunning views of the sea and beach area. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was decorated beautifully. The balcony was large so we felt we had plenty of room. The location is great, a couple of mins walk to the team and less than 10 mins to the pretty old town. There is parking all along the beach front, you can't guarantee a space right away but we usually found one within a few mins.

Really lovely apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay very much , Gloria and Jaime are the perfect hosts, meeting us when we arrived and explaining about the property. The apartment overlooks a super little marina where you can hire SUP’s, or get a lesson on how to use one. Added entertainment when the instructors have a group booking and have to show how to wind sail, kayak and paddle board. Really fun stay in Alicante.
