Very warm welcome. Elma and Julien are very concerned about the well-being of their guests. They made us feel at home in the accommodation. We were able to enjoy the terrace in the morning. And the available parking is right next door. Highly recommend and hope to come back.

Our stay with Maria was great, she and her mother are lovely people who supported us at all times. We had agreed to arrive at a certain time, but we arrived early and they welcomed us without any problems. The room has a very comfortable bed where you can rest well, and at night it is very quiet and peaceful. The building is completely safe as well as the area, and there is mainly a good family atmosphere. Nearby there are convenience stores, a pharmacy, cafes, etc., and it's just a short walk from public transport to go to downtown Valencia. Highly recommended.

The room was exactly as I expected. Maybe even bigger than needed. The location is also good. Although it's bordering with some industrial area, you will find everything you need not far from the house. There's beautiful park nearby with sports complex, shops, cafe and bars. The house is located near the airport, it's possible to safely walk directly from airport to airbnb in 35 minutes. Also there is a good place with gardening plots about 1 km away - very good for running. And a big mall with lots of shops 10 minutes to the west by car. Pavla is amazing host! She is polite, attentive and keeps everything in good condition. If anything happens she will do her best to immediately resolve the issue. I had a great time staying at her place and we became friends!

Jose, Marie and their daughter were the most kind, attentive and loving people. It has been a joy to stay with them, and it has made the city of Valencia feel like home. Jose helped me so much with directions and guidance so it was impossible to get lost. The check-in was very smooth, and I was breath-taken by the beautiful architecture and interior design, Marie is super talented and she even painted the door yellow to help her home stand out, when it is dark. The family are very sporty so when they found out that I like to go to gym, Marie gave me extra proteins in my breakfast, and also recommended a gym for me to go to. I didn’t pack any gym trainers so their daughter kindly let me borrow a pair. What an amazing experience, I feel very blessed and appreciative to get to know them. It was a home away from home and an experience I will cherish always! 10 out of 10 and I would definitely go back and recommend others to stay there. It is a very scenic and peaceful place.

Vincente is a welcoming and courteous owner. The house is quiet, tidy and cozy. A pleasant relaxed atmosphere, there is a small terrace where you can do yoga or sports. Also, you could use a washing machine in the house. Near the house there are nice supermarkets and a bus stop for the bus that goes to the metro.
