Our stay was very pleasant. Silvia and her husband greeted us upon arrival with us all the instructions and things to do there. We were surprised with two Easter monkeys for my girls and a burnt bread that was delicious!!! Hosts out of ten! We felt at home and it made us a wonderful climate. The house is in a beautiful area, close to the sea and in the mountains. Ideal to spend a few days as a family and enjoy Moraira. Thank you Silvia!!!

Fabulous villa in very quiet area, perfect for our holiday. Maria was an excellent friendly host and very proactive at all times in her contact with us. The villa was spotless and the photos didn't do it justice, the kitchen was really great to eat and cook in. The bathrooms were lovely too and the downstairs shower was so nice and spacious. Wonderful large pool which was very clean and well maintained. All in all one of the best airbnb properties we have stayed in and would love to return if we are in that area again.

Good responsiveness from the host to messages, kind and friendly. Moraira is a great city , without too many tourists The house is superb, better in real life than in photos, very well equipped, the pool is good, the beach is across the street. We had a great time in Avignon

We booked this house for the second time. It has a beautiful location and is tastefully decorated. Happy in the Sun was happy to answer questions and quite quickly.

Jennifer and her parents helped us with everything and were very kind; it's nice to meet such nice people. I recommend spending a few days in his fantastic villa 100%.

A car is a must. The house is in a great location for touring. The garden is beautiful and an added bonus of the swimming pool which is perfectly maintained.

It is a comfortable house, in a beautiful setting, surrounded by nature, ideal for relaxing. The pool is a delight and suitable for people with mobility difficulties, with stairs and railings. The beaches and town are pretty close. Lola has always been attentive to our needs. If possible, we'll do it again.

We planned our entire trip to Spain around this Airbnb, and it did not disappoint. If I could give this 11 or 12 stars, I would. We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs and this one has been our favorite. The location absolutely cannot be beat. The rooms were comfortable and the views were truly amazing! Communication with the owners was seamless! I hope we will be able to return someday soon!

Great place, friendly hosts, the pool is fantastic, the views of the mountains are fantastic from the top terrace. It has many different ambience us to hang out enough. The beds are comfortable people need. The beds are comfortable. The air conditioning works well. Overall a great place to stay.

Fantastic stay in Xabia! Pablo is extremely helpful, he was always quick at responding and had great suggestions for beaches, restaurants. House is in very quiet area, only 7 min away drive from Arenal beach. Aldi is only around the corner and spanish supermarkets/pharmacy in very close proximity. We enjoyed pool a lot, very clean and warm. Pablo also cleaned it during our stay. Lots of sunbeds at the pool. Plenty of space in the house for 13 people, good kitchen. Was great to have second fridge outside and 2 washing machines. We will certainly be back! Thanks so much for our stay!

This was our first time using Airbnb & we have been converted! Lucía has been a fantastic & responsive host from the moment we booked her wonderful villa 18 months ago. She organised our transfers, recommended activities & places to eat. She greeted us in person on arrival & answered messages promptly whilst we were there. The villa itself was incredible value for money. We had so much indoor & outdoor space. The pool & patio area are perfect for lazy days, bbqs & the all important tan. Lucia left us with ample cleaning supplies inc dishwasher tabs, washing detergent & garbage bags. The 2nd fridge came in handy. The air-con units are far superior to the ones I’ve used in hotels. It’s a 25 min walk to any shop, bar or bus stop (number 10 goes to Altea & Benidorm) but it’s downhill & easy going. I’d suggest a taxi back (6 euros) or jump on a hoppy scooter for a fun ride home. If you’re staying in Lucía has dozens of books. I can only hope that all hosts are as invested as Lucia is :)

Nothing but positive things to say about the villa and our host Angel. The place was clean, well-equipped, and even though the photos already made it look amazing, it still managed to exceed our expectations. The host was incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. This villa gave us the perfect first experience in Alicante, and we will definitely be coming back!

We had a pleasant stay at Maria's house. It's big enough for 12 people with spaces for each . The landscape and the outdoor kitchen are a real plus. However, we regret the lack of black-out shutters in the upper bedroom as well as air conditioning in the ground floor rooms. Maria is a pleasant and very responsive host.

Our days staying at this villa were fantastic!! Take care of every corner of the house, impeccable cleanliness and order and a spectacular terrace. I would repeat this stay without any hesitation.

Journey undertaken to celebrate a 90th birthday with a party of 10 + infant ! Our host (Jose) was sensitive and responsive to any request both before , during and after our stay. The facilities provided allowed us to relax and recharge our batteries despite it being an emotional occasion. The town of Javea itself is only a short distance away and offers a superb beach and numerous restaurants of all kinds to tempt any palate and includes a local well stocked Supermarket should one choose to eat at home, all set in lovely surroundings. There are local taxi services available although a hire car would allow exploration further afield. Would DEFINITELY recommend a stay here at ‘Villa Senna’ without any reservations whatsoever !

We stayed at Sarah's Villa and it was magnificent. The villa matches the description and is extremely clean and equipped. Sarah was exceptional in resolving our needs on the fly. Highly recommend

Communication was super easy. We were able to check in/out very late/early without any problems. The garage for the car is very practical and the garden incl. pool is super nice.

The accommodation is very good, a little far from Alicante and San Juan if you are going to party and take the car since you have to take the road!! Otherwise everything is great, a very quiet area and the house is very well equipped.

We stayed at this accommodation the weekend before San Juan with family and it was a very pleasant experience. The house is very well equipped and is surrounded by tranquility. In addition, Tere is a spectacular host who does everything possible to make things easier for her guests and, the truth is, we liked it very much, because it more than met our expectations. I would definitely recommend it to other people interested!

Our family and friends loved this place, everything was to our expectations. peaceful area, nice and clean.Would love to come back in warmer season to be able to use the pool.

We had a really lovely stay at Maria's house. Maria was really accommodating with our late arrival and late check out which was so kind. Maria was very responsive and always available for questions. The beach is only a 10 min walk and there are some shops/cafes/restaurants nearby. There is a cupboard with games and kids toys which was very useful and thoughtful. Overall we had a really wonderful stay here! Thank you :) A few things to note: - The garden and pool are shared with another house, there is a private dining area outside which is a really nice space and gives you some privacy if the pool is in use. - There are no pool/beach towels provided, so make sure to pack your own! - There is no BBQ use allowed unfortunately. - The third bedroom (sofa and single bed) is actually attached to the main bedroom (double bed and cot), and there is no door/privacy between these two rooms - it's OK for parents and kids but a bit difficult if sharing with couples/other adults.
