The house has air conditioning only in the bedrooms. In the living and dining area, we provide a fan.

You just really can’t beat the views from the 7th floor that also features a nice size balcony on the 1st floor and then a smaller balcony off the upstairs bedroom. Look a long ways up and down the beaches even seeing the pumping lights, but fortunately not the sounds, from the party area around Coco Bongo. Out the kitchen window you’ll have a great view of the sunsets which overlooks the lagoon.
