We had an incredible stay at Waterfall Drive, Wongawallan. The property is an absolute haven — tucked away in the scenic Gold Coast hinterland, yet still close enough to shops and coastal attractions. The home itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and designed to make the most of the surrounding natural beauty. Waking up each morning to the sounds of nature and expansive views of the rolling hills was a true highlight. The outdoor areas are stunning, perfect for relaxing with a coffee or wine, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it feel like your own private retreat. Inside, the layout is both functional and luxurious — ideal for families or couples looking for space, comfort, and privacy. The kitchen was well-equiped.

Tony was a brilliant host, gave so much useful information and was very responsive with any queries we had. The house is absolutely fantastic, the view is absolutely stunning and beautiful to wake up to. Would visit again!

An absolutely breathtaking house! We loved the view, how spacious the house was and the heated pool. It was so beautiful sitting on the deck at any time of the day and taking in the view. Sarabah Winery was only 5 minutes away which was great for lunch/afternoon drinks and the Canungra town was bout 10/15 minutes. In such a great spot, would highly recommend this house!

The stay was fantastic, everyone had their own space with private ensuites in pretty much all of the rooms - it’s a beautiful home. The living areas are great. The house has great and thoughtful ammenities. Beautiful surroundings, the stay checked all of our boxes, would highly recommend.

Truly felt like we were in a little piece of paradise. Such a lovely home. The pictures don't do it justice. Ash was an excellent communicator, felt like I could ask him anything and he was always very quick to respond. As it was a family reunion we spent quite a lot of time out and about, but it was so so nice to come back to this property and just enjoy it together. Couldn’t recommend anymore

Amazing place, so close to the Gold Coast but not feeling like the coast, the outlook is so relaxing, the fire pit and wine, so good!

I had a great stay at this place during my trip to the Gold Coast. Everything was more than just good – the cleanliness, comfort, and overall setup exceeded my expectations. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, and the place looked exactly like the photos. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Great experience overall!

Taree is a great host, she was always responsive and provided great support with every little detail making our stay a great experience. I had a great stay! The accommodation was very good – location, comfortable, and just as described in the pictures. The host was very friendly and helpful. Would come back again.

Lana was super lovely, very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The place was very clean on arrival and great location. Pet friendly which was amazing for us as we are traveling with our cat!

Staying at Sally's was amazing, even though you were close to a main road you could barely hear the traffic from it. Extremely walkable to so many amenities just 3 blocks from the beach with a view that was beautiful to wake up to and watch the slingshot attraction at night. My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back at a later date to further explore the Gold Coast and all it has to offer. thanks again Sally for opening your studio apartment for us to stay 😁

The room was exactly as described with both ocean and city views. The kitchen was full equipped with complimentary coffee and tea. The room was a good size for either singles or couples. There was access to the facilities within the hotel and is in walking distance to Cavill Avenue and the beach.

We really loved the location of Sammi's place, super close to shops, beach front and restaurants/cafes. Plenty to do, but also a great spot to relax and watch the waves roll in. Everything was accounted for and we felt right at home as soon as we stepped through the doors. Definitely recommend this gem and will return!

We had a really good 4 night stay. Great location, walking distance to everything. Check in was easy, clear pictures on where to find the keys. Good accom if you have little ones as in the cupboard there were a bucket and shovel, scooters and boogie boards provided. The only downside was there was a smell that lingered around the whole time and no hot water the morning we were checking out so could not shower.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Great location!

Di and Nick’s place was perfect. Beautiful views and spotlessly clean. So easy to get to and from the airport by bus. Easy walk to restaurants and cafes. Easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay—the view was stunning, the place was comfortable, and the location was perfect. The hosts were responsive and helpful, especially during check-in. One issue we encountered was that the TV browser had visible pornographic search history, which was inappropriate and made us uncomfortable. It would be great if the TV could be reset between guests. Overall, a great stay—9/10!

Aaron’s place was great. Beds were comfy, you’ll feel right at home. It has an amazing view of the city and the ocean. It’s close to the beach and shops. We had an awesome stay!

We had a lovely stay! Unit was clean and well appointed. Everything we needed! Pod coffee machine was a lovely touch. Nice quiet area and close to everything. Darinka was very responsive and communication was great. Our only issue was that someone had parked in our space one evening but Darinka helped us as much as she could. However, the after hours number to call for the resort itself were not helpful at all which was disappointing. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Darinka!
