Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Bentonville

Wonderful place to stay. Very clean and comfortable.

The House’s House was the PERFECT place to stay for our family of 7. We have 3 teens, with one in a wheelchair (that’s was just a little tricky, but doable) and we all had something fun to do. There is every amenity you could possibly need, and a store within a couple of miles in case you need anything. Check-in was a breeze, communication was excellent, and the home is beautiful. No detail was left undone. There were beautiful fresh flowers and snacks, and a welcome packet that gave great recommendations for activities and restaurants. The location is perfect for biking trails (we don’t bike, but they have everything for you if you do), shopping, a quick visit to Rogers, or to see the Razorbacks games. We had a smoke alarm start beeping one morning and I texted Hunter and he immediately responded with several solutions. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we make our summer trips to Bentonville after staying here.

For mountain bikers, this is a dream house. you won't be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at Christy's Airbnb. The beds were so comfortable, and the linens were just lovely. She has thought of everything, and this Airbnb really is a home away from home. The decor is darling and the house is squeaky clean. We have stayed at many Airbnb's and this one was definitely the best. We visited Crystal Bridges and the Walton Museum and enjoyed ourselves so much! Both museums were incredibly inspiring, and the trails surrounding Crystal Bridges were handicap-accessible, which was very nice, as I use a mobility scooter. The Azul Tequila restaurant was just fabulous! We had a marvelous visit to Bentonville and will be back!

We had such a great stay at the Emerald Bungalow. The place had plenty of space and a nice back deck for relaxing in the evening. It was conveniently located to downtown Bentonville with plenty of parking out back. We were able to store our bikes in the garage as well. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had.

This house is amazing. I can’t say enough about it. The location is 12-ish minutes from Bentonville and 20 to Rogers. If you enjoy some singletrack, there is a trail literally to the left of the house if you’re looking at it. The deck is super peaceful and you’re surrounded by beautiful trees. Clinton has done an amazing job making sure you don’t feel like you’re missing anything. There’s a great coffee maker, full utensil sets and even plastic, kids’ plates, cups and utensils. There are clear instructions on how to use the amenities (cold plunge, sauna, hot tub). I’m definitely coming back.

Nice big kitchen and good sitting area for big families. Great backyard with space to sit and kids/dogs to run around, it was a bit noisy with Walton being behind it but not loud enough to interrupt conversation. Bed are very comfortable and water pressure is good.

We stayed here with our two sons (4 and 1.5 years) - it was perfect for us. They had a crib and highchair for us to use, some fun toys, and the lay out was great (all 1 floor, open concept) because we could always see them! There was even a walk-in closet that was the perfect fit for the crib - dark and cool so he slept great! Air conditioning worked great and we slept cool despite the summer temps. Bella Vista/Bentonville is beautiful, we rented bikes and rode the Greenway and swam in the crystal clear rivers and streams. Hosts were responsive and helpful, everything was easy and convenient. Will definitely return!

Loved it! Great theme, great spot…. It’s better in reality than it looks like in pictures. Highly recommend it, if you’re looking for a cool home base…

The check-in process was simple and convenient. The apartment was quiet, comfortable, and centrally located, within walking distance of all main attractions and restaurants. Check-out was equally straightforward, making the entire stay hassle-free. I would gladly stay again next time I visit Bentonville.

I would consider this place an elevated experience. The hosts were super friendly. The sheets and bed were in the luxury category. The kitchen had all basic necessities and some additional snacks and teas were available. There was a dining table and desk to sit at for meetings. The walking trail to the water was steep but gravel. The boat dock was a nice amenity in a beautiful cove. The firepit was easily accessible and very well designed. The weekend we were there they had some growth construction going on - clearing paths and trees. When we were outdoors that was loud during the day, but I’m sure it’s temporary.

Great spot for a short mountain biking trip to NWA. Clean, quiet, good WiFi and bike storage.

Great airbnb! Hosts we're great. Love the amenities in the club house and pool. The area is amazing, Rogers, super close to Bentonville.. Would highly recommend it.

Mike was super kind to our family. We were displaced after a fire and he was more than willing to allow us there and to be able to accommodate my family and our furry friends.

The cabin was perfect for us and Gigi was very responsive to all text messages. She was able to adjust our stay quickly when plans changed. We really appreciated this. The driveway was a little steep and took some getting used to, but we did quickly adjust. The cabin is a little dark because of all the trees surrounding it, but that just made it cozy. the kitchen was furnished with every small appliance you could ask for. The silverware was a little sparse with only about 4 each of mismatched forks and spoons. Never did figure out how to operate the master bath's shower, so used the 2nd bath's instead. Lots of drawer and closet space. Loved the screened porch. 3 tv's programed for my streaming channels easily, however the remote for the master bedroom tv was missing. The firestick worked in there and we could watch the tv, but couldn't adjust the volume or turn it off without going to the tv. Gigi offered to change out to a ROKU that had volume control, but I told her it was ok.

We enjoyed our stay here! Great little spot to relax. Make sure to look at the descriptions and photos of the size of the loft to make sure it works for you- the spot made it worth it for us to be a bit cramped.

Loved this house! Had such a great weekend with family and made great memories by the lake. Lots of room, and had everything you needed!

Loved the location since it was close to all of the biking trails, waterfalls, and Bentonville! The house was clean with plenty amenities and communication from the host was quick and helpful.

The home was clean and worked well for us coming and going for a baseball tournament. the location to restaurants, shopping, and the lake was convenient. the home has been updated and nicely done we would book it again.

Linda was kind and responsive, the cabin was nice! We had a great stay.

I can’t say enough about this cabin in the woods. It was beautiful! Tastefully decorated with everything we could need. The craftsmanship on this cabin is something I would love to have. We will be back. And we will share with our friends and family to come. It’s just that kind of place. Ps, love the view and the wildlife.
