Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Bentonville

We spent 9 days over Christmas week at this house in lovely Bentonville. This was our first trip to Arkansas, and we had plenty to do. We have a 6 month old, so the provided bikes were not used (but appreciated). We appreciated all the amenities, including a fully decorated Christmas tree! Plenty of dishes, baking tools, silverware, spice cabinet (empty bottle of cooking oil-which we didn’t need). Trash bags, dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs were provided. We look forward returning in the future to Bentonville and to this house.

We loved staying at the Adobe. It was so peaceful. I spent the entire morning on the porch reading and sipping on coffee. The house looked just like the photos. I loved the sleek simple design and use of natural elements.

This was a wonderful place to stay in Bentonville. The neighborhood is brand new and the house is perfect. It smelled like wonderful cleanliness when we walked in. This was also one of the easiest airbnb door handles I've ever used. They advertised as pet friendly and it was just that. Lots of pet supplies, bags, treats, brush, paw washer, etc. I also like that the house was not too busy with decor and furniture. I have big dogs so this was perfect in that there was nothing for them to knock over and break. :) The hosts were extremely responsive and definitely have your best interest. My husband and I will definitely be bringing the pups here again.

As a superhost myself, I expect a lot when I’m a guest, and Brian’s place does not disappoint. It was our home base as we explored Bentonville by bicycle. There’s one tricky intersection to navigate, but once we figured it out we were perpetually in and out while leaving the motorized transportation in the garage, which is an under-advertised feature of this home, in my opinion. Meanwhile, in addition to 5-star cleanliness, the home was 5-star comfortable for us. (There was only two of us, but I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there with five friends, if I had that many.) I highly recommend this airbnb.

We were in Bentonville for my parents's 60th wedding anniversary. Coler Trailhead Haven was the perfect house for me, my husband, our 3 young adult children and their significant others. There were plenty of rooms and beds for all 8 of us. The house was exactly as described, and there were nice amenities, such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bath soap in all of the bathrooms. The beds were so comfortable and there were plenty of kitchen and bath linens. The coffee bar was perfect for our crew, and Jean even had flavorings to add to your coffee/tea and individual coffee creamers in the fridge. A tray of snacks and chocolate candy was left for our enjoyment as well. We didn't spend a lot of time in the house because we had plans with extended family for most of the weekend, but there was nothing lacking. The location was great. I would recommend this house to other families and would definitely return to this house again.

A short walk to all the amenities of downtown Bentonville but in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of big space in the house and very nicely finished and furnished. This was our first trip to Bentonville so we were out and about, but the house is nice enough to just relax and hang out.

Nice big kitchen and good sitting area for big families. Great backyard with space to sit and kids/dogs to run around, it was a bit noisy with Walton being behind it but not loud enough to interrupt conversation. Bed are very comfortable and water pressure is good.

Perfect location for my daughter's wedding. The house was wonderful and close to our venue along with great restaurants. Mike was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Sean’s place! The house was extremely clean, comfortable and easy to find. The pictures accurately depict the home & the washer/dryer was a must since we were in town for a baseball tournament. Sean was a great host, we would stay here again!

The Roger’s Ark stay was amazing! It check off everything we needed and wanted out of a stay for our anniversary weekend!

The place was very clean. It was within walking distance to lots of great restaurants and amenities and most importantly for us, we were able to walk to the AMP from the apartment.

Looked forward to this visit ahead of time, and it did not disappoint! Loved the art! Such a cool stay. Very spacious and great atmosphere. Host was responsive and friendly, and we had no issues with our stay!

Dawn is very responsive and super friendly. The place was great and very convenient to the Walmart AMP where we went to a concert. Very close to lots of restaurant and shopping. It was clean and very peaceful.

We enjoyed our stay, the view was beautiful and it had everything we would ever need. They were went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We would definitely stay again!

With great experience for their stay in wonderful communication through Todd. The check-in was easy and we knew what to expect well before coming in for Business. The location is amazing, right off the highway and close to tons of restaurants and entertainment like Topgolf and the amp music venue. Will be back!
