Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bentonville

This place was simply wonderful! Beautiful decor, modern updates and special touches to make it feel like home. The perfect amount of space to travel with our four children! They’ve also thought of and included everything you need when traveling with kids! We would love to visit again!

Mountain bike trails right next to the house, so it was perfect for our MTB trip. The house was spotless, beds were comfy, and it had everything we needed to feel right at home. Would definitely recommend!

Great little place close to the square. Stayed here with my mom and young son and we enjoyed being so close to everything. Easy bike ride to the square and Greenway. Jason was easy to communicate with and we loved the place!

This location is everything! Small quaint little bungalow right off of Main Street and close to everything. Airship coffee right around the corner. Slaughter pen bike trail is also very close, walkable to downtown and great restaurants. My kids age 13 & 11 were able to bike/walk everywhere without complaining too much. The trampoline was a great added bonus to the back yard, it also had a grill and bike rack and we really enjoyed sitting out back in between biking. If I had to be knit picky, the only things I can say are the door to the back porch gets stuck on the step and is really hard to open and the ice maker is not hooked up. These are only minor annoyances, and would definitely not deter us from staying here again. Loved this place, had everything we needed and an unbeatable location.

Another great stay at the bike cabin. It’s such a great location for anyone wanting to easily drop into trails or visit downtown.

Daniel’s home was a such beautiful retreat! The bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot with good pressure. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and it was wonderful to have a safe place to park our bikes. We LOVED kayaking each morning on beautiful Lake Ann right in the backyard. Daniel’s home is nestled among trees and rocks and the lake view is stunning. We saw a variety of birds, a fox and of course fish. Like many homes in Bella vista, the driveway is steep but Daniel’s clear instructions made parking easy. We would definitely return.

Tyler’s place was well appointed, conveniently located, cozy & the perfect stay for a quick getaway. It was a plus seeing a groundhog & a deer coming to enjoy the peach tree out front! We will most definitely come again.

Kevin and Linda were very helpful with getting into the space. It was clean and accessible. The views were the best part. I would consider staying again in warmer weather.

Amazing place to stay and have some peace of mind!

This was our second time staying at Nadine’s place. It’s perfect for us and our fur babies to stay while in Rogers. It’s close to the downtown square and only 15 minutes to the AMP. The bed is comfy and the place has everything you need for your stay. We will definitely stay again.

We loved our stay! Very beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. It was so convenient to walk all around downtown Bentonville and ride our bikes to the trails. James & Linda were exceptional hosts.

Looked forward to this visit ahead of time, and it did not disappoint! Loved the art! Such a cool stay. Very spacious and great atmosphere. Host was responsive and friendly, and we had no issues with our stay!

I had a great experience staying here - it's a really great location and the place was exactly as pictured. Very peaceful and quiet. It's very close to the square in Bentonville and trails for running / biking.

Very easy to get to all the best parts of Bentonville. The place is extremely clean and as described. Comfy bed and big bathroom. Host promptly communicates.

Great location - we could walk to all the downtown Bentonville highlights in 5-10 minutes. The house was exactly what we wanted - everything as described. Craig was very responsive and helpful.

Nice space, always love a washer and dryer, they had laundry detergent and dryer sheets, always a plus. Host responded quickly! I would definitely come back to this location

We loved having a place where all the adults could have a king sized bed. The location was very convenient to a family reunion we were attending in Bella Vista/Tanyard park area. Nels responded quickly to us, and we look forward to staying when we come to the area again.

Great place! We stayed for the weekend to attend a baseball tournament at Memorial Park. Loved this place! Comfy beds, everything we needed, clean, easy check in, good location. We will stay again.
