An upstairs apartment with the view of Crystal Lake and year around activities. Close to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Crystal Mountain, Traverse City, Frankfort, Lake Michigan, Point Betsie and amazing food. The beach has 2 Paddle Boards, 1 kayak, and 1 clear kayak so you can see what is going on in the Crystal Clear lake. All free to use. We live on the Betsie Valley bike trail and have bikes available to use for free. We are 20 minutes feom Crystal Mountain for snowboarders and Skiers. We have snow shoes to borrow for winter beauty on the frozen Crystal lake. Perfect for families, couples or a group of friends. Our only rule is to ENJOY the beauty of Northern Michigan!

Guest Suite has 2 bedrooms, bath and family room with fully stocked kitchenette for all your cooking needs. Private locking sliding glass door opens to the patio, gas grill, hammock and fire pit overlooking the lake. A steep walking trail and steps down to the lakefront access the dock, 2 kayaks, paddleboat & life jackets.

Small, cozy amd full of style. Newley renovated studio apt, centrally located with views of the bay. Close to all the Summer amenities with the calmness that only Elberta can offer. Enjoy walks to local beaches and provisions or just a short bike ride via bike path to all the attractions of Frankfort. Elberta might just be the best kept secret in all of Michigan. This is a private apt in a “under/over” duplex. Separated entries, and parking make for complete separation for all guests.

The Cute & Cozy is an older home in the downtown Frankfort residential area that has been creatively divided into 2 apartments. This listing is for the lower apartment. The apartment has a nice front porch as well as a little backyard deck, comfortable living room, a full kitchen with dishwasher, 2 televisions both with cable, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The apartment is in a great location just a short walk from downtown Frankfort and the beach, which allows for a great getaway to Frankfort!
