We had a GREAT weekend at Trout Lily Cabin! Close to skiing at Crystal Mountain! Beautiful private setting in the woods! Cozy home that looked just as described and pictured! The furniture and bed were very comfortable! Vacasa was great to communicate with! I highly recommend renting this property! We look forward to coming back to the Trout Lily Cabin! Thank you!

We celebrated a wonderful Thanksgiving at Bison Acres! Very easy to find all the way from our home on the NC Outer Banks! The cabin was extremely clean, warm, and a great place for family to snuggle in for the snow. Hot tub and fire were a treat. A huge flock of turkeys visited the front yard everyday. Everything was exactly as described. Management company was very communicative. We will be back! Thanks!

Beautiful place with great amenities and lots of things to do! Very close to crystal mountain and yet very secluded and private. Hot tub was just perfect in the freezing temperatures we had during our stay! Plan to come back again in the future!

The cabin was a perfect stay for a weekend getaway. Only a 15mins drive to Crystal Mountain. Lance was very accommodating and helped us get checked in and even met us at our cabin on arrival even though we didn’t get there till later in the night. Check out process was so easy and would definitely recommend this place!

Loved the house. Plenty of space. Clean. Soft bed, hot water. Loved the river behind the house, the dogs loved watching the fish as well. It wasn’t as private as I thought, there is a neighbor right next door, and one down the street, and one currently being built across the street but down a little. But the neighbor is nice and keeps to himself. Personally I thought it was going to be a little more private, but that would be my biggest complaint. I would definitely stay again. It was close to everywhere we needed to go, but far enough out of the big towns that it felt private. Definitely recommend the hot turkey sandwich at the Cherry Hut. Good food at Dilbert’s cafe and platte river as well. Hiking is great at sleeping bear dunes, and if you have time, check out Traverse City nature center, they have a hiking system and it’s got some great trails. Some great shopping in downtown traverse city as well and Glen arbor. House is easy to find and would def stay again if in the area!!

Great location and within easy short drives to many attactions in the area to include canoeing, cycling, hiking, Crystal Lake, Lake Michigan plus local bars and restaurants.

This is wonderful little cabin. We had a very comfortable stay here and would gladly stay again. The kitchen had every utensil we needed to cook a variety of meals. It is also close enough to drive to all of the trails in Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore, where we spent the week hiking and exploring the park.

This was a great stay in a cabin in a beautiful setting! We got in late and it was a very easy and flexible check-in with Renee and Nevin. The cabin was clean and functional and had everything you need for a basic stay in a beautiful area!

Perfect! Cabin is completely solid and spacious, no issues with critters or bugs and had everything we needed. Excellent location, very secluded with little trails around the property which the dogs loved. Super close to Frankfort and Sleeping Bear Dunes, and about 40 mins from Traverse City/Leelanau - not to mention tons of great hiking trails nearby. The town of Beulah is adorable as well. Kate was a great host and made herself available in case we needed anything (we didn't - we had zero issues). We had an amazing time and hope to visit again soon.

Great place, gave it five stars, it’s a nice cabin. Don’t expect luxury, this is a cabin, but clean and all amenities work well. Went with my family for an archery event at crystal mountain and it was 3 min from crystal mountain which made it great for naps for my 2yr old. I’d stay again!

The cabin was exactly what we expected from the photos and description. Everything was clean, updated, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for homemade meals. Our kids really enjoyed the loft. We would definitely stay there again!

Cynthia and Tom are wonderful hosts! They are very responsive, always there when we needed something or had a question. The cottage has everything we needed, and the view of the lake from the cottage is gorgeous! My family and I had a great summer vacation! Thank you so much Cynthia and Tom!

My husband took several friends up for a men’s fishing trip they all kept saying how perfect this space was for them they did bring an air mattress since there was 10 of them ! They loved the fire pit the extra phone chargers and the location ! Will be booking again as they are planning a 2nd annual guys fishing trip already !

My family of 5 had a terrific time skiing at Crystal Mountain and this house was a perfect home base, only .25 miles away. Very clean and well appointed. TV had all the football games the boys wanted to watch. We tried almost every suggested restaurant in the area, and they were great!

The cabin was just what we needed! It’s small and cozy and we all fit perfectly, the lake was close to the cabin just a 2 min walk and Blaine had paddle boards Kayaks for us to use which made the stay even better! Definitely recommend!
