There is a 800 m2 fenced garden area for a comfortable time outdoors. There is a fire burning area in the garden and a playground with various ball playgrounds. Climatized with Qubishi air conditioning. Parking close by car on Thursday is possible in the evening, a market is established.

In the historical Bergama Kale District, the entire Bergama can be seen from the terrace of the house, which has 3 floors, high ceilings, 4 rooms, 1 kitchen and 1 hall. The whole house is rented, no other guests are allowed. It is the house where the architect/historian Martin Bachmann,who worked in the Bergama excavation, lived with his family. In summer, guests can relax indoors or on the terrace, inside the house with its fireplace and A/C. The local texture of the house has been preserved.

Since I am a native of Dikili, I enjoy being a guide. It is a neat location in a lush area that is immaculately and safe, even the garden entrance is separate(independent) at the entrance of the house, the cleanliness and hygiene is done by me and my wife and my older daughter, have all the kitchen requirements and staying in our house with all kinds of needs of guests staying in our house (such as public transportation, parking, grocery store, beach, food restaurants and cafe).
