There is a 800 m2 fenced garden area for a comfortable time outdoors. There is a fire burning area in the garden and a playground with various ball playgrounds. The whole house is rented, no other guests are allowed. It is the house where the architect/historian Martin Bachmann,who worked in the Bergama excavation, lived with his family. In summer, guests can relax indoors or on the terrace, inside the house with its fireplace and A/C. The local texture of the house has been preserved.
