With great enthusiasm, we renovated our old Mansion and restored it to its original state. On the bell floor, we have created an apartment that we are now renting out. The house is in a lively neighborhood a 5 minute walk to the city center and at 4 minutes walk to the train station from where you can be at Amsterdam Central Station within 34 minutes. The apartment was recently renovated with a lot of attention and equipped with all comforts, completely for your own use with balcony.

Appartement 'Zeeblick’

Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze stijlvolle ruimte met keuken, heerlijk kingsize bed, mooie badkamer, lounge bank, zonnig balkon en het strand op een steenworp afstand. Bereikbaar via grote wenteltrap. Voor mensen slecht ter been daarom wat lastiger te bereiken. Een babybedje is optioneel bij te boeken. Beddengoed en keukenhanddoek + theedoek standaard aanwezig. Handdoeken (€ 5- per set, 1 grote en 1 kleine) en toeristenbelasting (€ 2,25,- per persoon per dag) is inclusief.

Unique overnight stay in a national monument

The living room has a comfortable sitting area with TV (with all Dutch channels) and is equipped with WiFi. Just like the bedroom and bathroom, the living room also has an indoor balcony with French doors. The living room flows through a dining area into a small kitchen that is equipped with an induction cooktop with 1 cooking pit, refrigerator, combination microwave, and tableware, sufficient for preparing a simple meal. For a fee, groceries for breakfast can be ready.

This romantic apartment is situated in one of the finest streets of the old city of Alkmaar. This spacious apartment (72 m2) with a sunny balcony is a stone's throw from the historic city center and the famous cheese market. Parking is free throughout the neighborhood and two city bikes are available to explore the area. Casa Buena Vista is a luxurious and stylishly decorated apartment, perfect for a relaxing stay by the sea. The home features a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious, modern bathroom. The master bedroom offers a beautiful unobstructed sea view and comes with a comfortable Mattsleeps mattress. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The apartment is located on the fourth floor and is easily accessible by elevator.

Free parking, supermarket 50 meters away, forest and dunes 1000 meters away, beach and the cozy seaside resort Egmond aan Zee 1.5 km away. Hospitality is the host's top priority, who will do everything to offer guests a good stay. Great base for hiking or cycling, also fantastic for mountain biking in the beautiful and extensive dune area.

And how about shopping in 't Loo, the weekly market, shopping center 't Hoekstuk or the station center, everything is possible. The bon vivants can indulge in one of the delicious restaurants, and on a summer evening, you can walk to Di Fiorentina for an artisanal ice cream.
