The apartment is on the first floor which can be reached with either the stairs or the elevator. The beach, dunes and the village are all in walking distance (100 meters). In the living/dining room: 1x Tripp Trapp highchair, a television + Chromecast(Netflix, youtube etc) and a Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is modern with a combination refrigerator/freezer (with a 3 drawer freezer), a washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, a 5 burner stovetop (one for wok) and a Nespresso coffee maker. In the master bedroom there is a desk and large closet. Further, there is a fold-away children’s bed. There are two entrance cards for the dune areas. Downstairs in the storage room are 3 bicycles (1x women’s, 1x men’s and 1 x child’s), a large beach wagon and beach/sandbox toys. There is a private parking space. Pets are not permitted in the apartment nor is smoking allowed. The rental price includes electricity, water, gas, Wi-Fi, private parking, beach wagon, bikes, bedding and towels.

“Kennedy Beach House” is a charming beach apartment, with three bedrooms (65 m2) and a sunny balcony, situated directly at the beautiful beach of Egmond aan Zee. The apartment is conveniently located and many wonderful shops and restaurants are a few minutes away. The apartment is tastefully decorated in the Mediterranean style and gives a spectacular view on the dunes. It only takes less than a minute walk to plunge into the sea to cool off. The living room has a comfortable sitting area with TV (with all Dutch channels) and is equipped with WiFi. Just like the bedroom and bathroom, the living room also has an indoor balcony with French doors. The living room flows through a dining area into a small kitchen that is equipped with an induction cooktop with 1 cooking pit, refrigerator, combination microwave, and tableware, sufficient for preparing a simple meal. For a fee, groceries for breakfast can be ready.
