Een heerlijk centraal en kindvriendelijk gelegen woning op 10 minuten loopafstand van de gezellige authentieke binnenstad van Alkmaar. Zowel met de fiets als met auto ben je zo op het strand of in het bos. In de ruime voor en achtertuin kan je lekker relaxen, borrelen en de kinderen vermaken zich in de tuin. Ook is er speelgoed aanwezig. Op 5 minuten lopen loop je zo het stadspark in met een gezellige kinderboerderij, speel- en horecagelegenheid waar de kinderen ook heerlijk kunnen spelen.

Old town of Alkmaar with large shopping area, restaurants, cheese market [in Summer on Fridays] and cafés, only a few [cycling] minutes away. You may use our bicycles if they are your size. Amsterdam [Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum] only half an hour by train as well as VOC-harbour town Hoorn and lively Haarlem.

Welcome to Alkmaar. I have enjoyed being an airbnb hostess for 5 years now. I think it is a wonderful experience to receive people from all kinds of nationalities. In my house I rent 2 rooms to the person who books. There is room for a maximum of 4 people. I think it is important that you feel comfortable and that there is mutual respect. My home is a 20-minute walk to the center and train station. You can travel to Amsterdam by train in 35 minutes. The sea and forest are easy accesible.

Egmond aan Zee - Nice house near beach and dunes!

Experience the charm of Holiday Home De Duinroos in Egmond aan Zee! Our cozy house for 1–3 guests is only 100 m from the beach, dunes and lighthouse, and 300 m from the lively center. After a sunny day by the sea, unwind on your private terrace with a book or a drink. In mid and high season we rent by the week, in low season at least 3 nights. Tourist rental only (no babies, no foreign workers/agencies). The person who makes the reservation must personally stay in the house.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Alkmaar city center is a 10-minute walk, the beach is a 15-minute drive or 30-minute bike ride, and the shopping center is a 5-minute walk. Please note: This house is only suitable for families with young children, in connection with cots, high chairs and children's toys. You always rent the whole house, so you have all the privacy for the family. Only the cat stays at home to keep you company!

We warmly welcome you to our nice summer cottage. Centrally located near the dunes, the beach and the cozy center of Egmond aan Zee. Through your own entrance, you enter the cozy living room with 3-seater sofa with ottoman, dining table with 4 chairs, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with sink, double bed (140 x 200) and a single bed (80 x 200). Our cottage has its own terrace with table and 4 chairs and is equipped with an awning.

In rustige doodlopende straat mooie woning op loopafstand van het centrum van Alkmaar. Gratis parkeren in de straat tussen 20.00-09.00 uur. Op 7 wandelminuten vanuit het woonhuis, kunt u gratis parkeren. Ruime living (met Netflix) met woonkeuken. Free Parking in the neighborhood (5 minutes walk from the house). Attractive summer cottage located on the coast

Deze knus ingerichte woning ligt zeer Centraal gelegen. Op steenworpafstand van de prachtige duinen van Egmond aan Zee en op nog geen 200 m van het strand. De woning is van alle gemakken voorzien en beschikt over twee slaapkamers waarvan een met een tweepersoonsbed en de ander met twee eenpersoonsbedden. De keuken is compleet ingericht en het ontbreekt u aan niets.

An atmospheric house in a quiet residential area in Bergen. The house has recently been completely renovated and turns out to be a hidden gem inside. It has a bright and cozy look and the lower floor with living room and large kitchen is much more spacious than it seems from the outside. In the colder months, the wood stove in the seating area is a huge plus!
