Amsterdam [Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum] only half an hour by train as well as VOC-harbour town Hoorn and lively Haarlem.

Experience the charm of Holiday Home De Duinroos in Egmond aan Zee! Our cozy house for 1–3 guests is only 100 m from the beach, dunes and lighthouse, and 300 m from the lively center. After a sunny day by the sea, unwind on your private terrace with a book or a drink. In mid and high season we rent by the week, in low season at least 3 nights. Tourist rental only (no babies, no foreign workers/agencies). The person who makes the reservation must personally stay in the house.

Through your own entrance, you enter the cozy living room with 3-seater sofa with ottoman, dining table with 4 chairs, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with sink, double bed (140 x 200) and a single bed (80 x 200). Our cottage has its own terrace with table and 4 chairs and is equipped with an awning.

There is a playground right in front of the house, and the sunny garden faces south.

It has a bright and cozy atmosphere and the ground floor with living room and large kitchen is much more spacious than it seems from the outside.
