Lothar was a very friendly and generous host. We really enjoyed our stay in Pfaffenweiler together with our friends and children. It is a very relaxing environment with wonderful surroundings. For wine enthusiasts: the local wine is absolutely worth trying.

We were there for an extended weekend and felt very comfortable. Although it was very warm outside, the living area was always nice and cool. At night you could sleep very well with the windows open because there is almost no traffic. Totally quiet. You can only hear the birds in nature. We have a beautiful view from the terrace of the Vosges and wonderful sunsets. It was also great that there was a washing machine. So you could also wash dirty towels and clothes in between. A plus was definitely the cool little dishwasher. It is very tastefully decorated. The host was always available to us

Friendly contact with Elise and Soner, clear instructions, responsiveness during conversations, clean accommodation: nothing to complain about. The spa is a very nice plus, especially when the weather does not allow you to go out.

Arrive and feel-good! From the apartment you can immediately get into the hiking trails or experience the bike paths. There is one place to buy fresh rolls, who wants to reach them also by bike. In the village there are a few restaurants and a nice cafe. The apartment is small and nice, sufficient for 2 people.

We were warmly welcomed and felt immediately comfortable. The apartment was superbly equipped, lovingly decorated and clean. The great wellness area is particularly worth mentioning. This was also very clean and beautifully furnished. A great place to relax. We definitely recommend the place and will be happy to come back :)

We did not meet Christian when we arrived. The apartment is spacious and extremely clean. Very well-equipped too. The plus: private parking. However, a little far from the center of Freiburg, which I did not understand well in the listing. The easiest way is to go to the relay car park and take the tram. 15 minutes by car to the right car park and 15 minutes by tram to the city center.

Good transport links (including public) and yet quiet with exclusive facilities (outdoor kitchen!). Whether shopping trip to Strasbourg (20 minutes by bus) or exploring the Alsatian wine route (starting in the neighboring village) or lazy by the pool, everything is optimally possible. Bakery in the front building, good restaurants within walking distance. What more could you want? At most, accessibility.

The stay was perfect all around. The accommodation was exactly as described – clean, well-equipped and furnished with great attention to detail. We especially liked the quiet location and the cozy atmosphere, in which you immediately feel at home. The host was extremely friendly, easily accessible and made check-in super uncomplicated. Even small extras like coffee or tea made the stay particularly pleasant. I would come back anytime – a clear recommendation for anyone looking for a reliable and charming accommodation!

An excellent stay at the gates of Colmar, in the heart of Alsace. The location of the accommodation makes it easy to travel between Vosges and Germany, North and South Alsace. The accommodation is impeccable, very well equipped especially for the kitchen. Philipe and Joann also left small gifts. Nothing is missing! There is space and you feel very good there right away. The accommodation is perfect for a peaceful family stay. The children also loved the garden (and the parents too because it is closed and secure). Philippe is a very welcoming host and provides us with valuable information to visit the region. We'll be happy to come back!

My husband and I stayed at this home and had an excellent experience all around. The house was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed to cook and enjoy a relaxing stay. Nothing was missing. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive. They have a lovely garden, which we truly enjoyed — a peaceful spot to unwind. They also surprised us several times with fresh salads and homemade fruit jams, a thoughtful gesture we really appreciated. The location was perfect. Being so close to Colmar made it ideal for visiting not only the city itself but also the charming villages along the Alsace Wine Route. It was also a great base for day trips to Mulhouse, as well as towns in nearby Switzerland and Germany. We would absolutely recommend this place. It was a peaceful, comfortable stay with warm, thoughtful hospitality that really made a difference.

Accommodation is very well located if you are looking for nature and peace with good amenities in general. The sauna is a real plus. The only small negative point is the lack of a telephone network, but it forces us to refocus on what is necessary 👌 The host came several times to see if we were missing anything and was lovely. I highly recommend it.

We LOVED our stay at Marines place!! It’s a beautiful home and we actually could unwind after a long week of travel into our 2 month trip! The heart of the town is 10 minutes away on foot and the Colmar train station is too! We loved our trip and wish it was longer! Colmar is worth seeing!! Marine provided needed essentials for our stay as well. You can tell she goes the extra mile for her guests and that makes a BIG difference! Comfortable for our family of 4!

We spent 5 days at Alexandra's accommodation. Everything was as described and the location of the accommodation was very quiet. Exactly what we were looking for. Everything was as described. We were a little skeptical at first whether the electricity would be sufficient, since everything is powered by solar, but we were positively surprised here. All in all, we had a nice short vacation. We'll be back :)

We particularly liked the sun terrace, as well as the fact that you can get to a different terrace from every room - simply great! Perfect for spending a few cozy days with good connections despite the private location.

We really liked the spacious, bright and well-equipped apartment as a group of four people. We especially loved the terrace! Even in the rain, we were able to use it and relax on it. The little cat, who visited us from time to time, also sweetened the evening. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Beautiful and cozy accommodation equipped with everything you need. There is absolutely nothing missing. You can reach the apartment on the 1st floor via a sufficiently wide staircase. The balcony invites you to linger with a view of the vineyards. In the bedroom and bathroom, there are insect screens on the windows. The apartment is clean and well maintained. The pictures speak for themselves; everything is as shown and even more. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance in about 3 minutes. Hikes in the surrounding area can start right at the front door. Communication with Reinhard went absolutely smoothly; he is very helpful and likeable and gave us a few good tips for the area. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Everything met our expectations. The large living/dining area is very nice. Since we wanted to spend two days in Rulantica, this apartment was perfectly located for us as a starting point. Always happy to come back!

A clean spacious apartment near the lake. The building itself is a bit dated but the appartement has been renovated and is clean.

We spent two weeks in the cottage and the stay was very successful. The house is located in the mountains, surrounded by forests - everywhere you can hear birds singing and crickets chirping, a real contact with nature. In the neighboring house, you can buy fresh eggs and delicious honey from the beekeeping. In the forest, we found forest strawberries and blueberries. We rented the lower apartment in June – it was clean, well equipped, with always warm water and even heating for cooler days. At night it was very quiet, although of course that also depends on who rents the upper apartment. On the last day, new vacationers arrived, whose footsteps and conversations could be heard until about 1 a.m. and again in the morning – so it is not a completely secluded place😉. But if you have a deep sleep, we can highly recommend it! The owner is very friendly and helpful. A perfect starting point for hikes, and our dog also had plenty of space. Thank you!

We felt at home in the accommodation from the beginning. The apartment is excellently equipped – there were many small hygiene items, a fully equipped kitchen and everything you need in everyday life. The large, private balcony with morning and evening sun was a real highlight and invited you to linger every day. On hot days, the air conditioning cooled us pleasantly, and the modern, spacious bathroom was also very comfortable. The friendly contact was particularly positive – we always got quick answers and also received great tips about the area and activities. All in all absolutely recommended – we would come back anytime!
