The cabin is located by Tinnsjøen lake with parking right beside it. It is 6 kilometers from Mæl ferry rental in the direction of Atrå. It is 17 kilometres to Rjukan, 25 kilometres to Gaustatoppen mountain and beautiful mountain areas. Beautiful views, plenty of sun. There is no running water in the cabin, but water tap just outside. Free wood for the wood stove. When there's frost and freezing temperatures, there's no water in the tap outside. Water must be collected from the host. Rowing boat is available for free. Outboard motor 1-3 days NOK 400, -

Lower your heart rate at the top of Stolpehytta! Stolpehytta is located 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum municipality, right next to the climbing park Høyt & Lavt Modum. Here you can find tranquility among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view over the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just enough space for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent e-bikes, stroll down to the climbing park or explore the local area.

Welcome to a mountain cabin with panoramic views in beautiful Tuddal. On the sunny side of Gaustatoppen. Close to nice hiking areas, summer and winter. Near the cabin there is a gapahuk, a fishing place that is suitable for everyone. The cabin is close to Tuddal Høyfjell Hotel which is known for its good food and microbrewery with sales of local beer and home baked bread products. Particularly unique is perhaps Gaustatoppen, which is a nice hike up either on foot or by taking the Gaustabanen that goes to the mountain top.

The area has magnificent nature, good recreational areas, sought-after bike trails and idyllic waters. It is a short distance to swimming areas, nature trails for hiking in the mountains and various viewpoints such as Gjuvhovde and Lauviksnuten. Gaustatoppen is an hour's drive away. The cabin is newly built in 2023, luxurious, fully equipped, with WiFi included. Bedding&towels can be rented for €20 per person.

From our Airbnb you have a short distance to popular attractions such as Norway's longest bike path, Bjørneparken animal park, the Predator Center and many fishing opportunities both in Krøderen and in mountain lakes. You are welcome to stay privately at our home. We give you a simpler alternative. Here there is plenty of room for 2 people. Possibility for 4, but then you will have to sleep in the living room. Kort vei til snaufjellet, flotte turmuligheter, fiske, bading og langrenn, i tillegg til seterliv på Håvardsrud og kulturarven på Rjukan, som står på UNESCOs verdensarvliste. Gaustablikk skisenter ligger 50 km fra hytta. Hytta passer godt for familier og gjester som ønsker ro, natur, utsikt og gode opplevelser året rundt.
