We rent a spacious, simply equipped apartment with two large rooms, kitchen, bathroom and balcony in the attic of an old house on the banks of the Spree near Berlin. A large, partly wild garden including two swimming spots, boats, a trampoline and two bicycles are also available. In addition, you can do things here and from here, for example: hiking, cycling, fishing, cooking, grilling, doing nothing, painting, making music (in consultation), staring at something you brought with you, working in peace.

Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss eines Friesenhauses. 40m entfernt halten 3 Buslinien die Euch per Express zum Zoologischen Garten oder an den Fernbahnhof Spandau bringen (Flixtrain Haltestelle). Ihr wohnt bei uns im Wald aber seid in 15 Min am Olympistadion, Waldbühne, Spandau-Arkaden,Zitadelle,Schloss Sanssoucci, Obstplantagen im Umland zu Fuss am Badesee mit zig Stränden und viel Platz usw. und könnt die Superlativen einer Grossstadt bequem per ÖPNV anfahren, stressarm ohne Blech-Gedrängel

Berlin's cleanest swimming lake. Only 30 minutes by car to Ku'damm or 15 minutes to Potsdam. Well connected with public transport, supermarkets and bakers nearby. Two bedroom flat, bathroom, small kitchen and balcony overlooking green courtyard. Sleeps 4. Excellent connection to local transport for city west, Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte. Close to local bars, restaurants and shops. Ideal inexspensive choice to explore. Wedding is part of the central district (Mitte) but it is a generally quiter area than Kreuzberg or Neukölln. Recently the micro neighbourhood is showing some very good food options and nightlife opportunities.
