Living between big city and nature. You rent a room with separate bathroom, shared kitchen and garden in our house in Friedrichshagen which is located in 30 minutes city train distance to the center of Berlin. Friedrichshagen is a charming suburb known for its painters and poets near to city as well as near to the nature. 5 minutes walk to city train, 10 minutes walk to lake "Müggelsee" with all kinds of water sport activities (you can use our kayak). In foot walk distance you will find lovely cafes, restaurants, shops, bicycle rental, a very nice cinema.

Herzlich willkommen in unserer gemütlichen Unterkunft. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in unserem Einfamilienhaus im Souterrain, das große Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche bietet alles, um sich rundum wohlzufühlen, das Schlafzimmer ist angrenzend am Wohnzimmer gelegen. Im Sommer lädt die kleine Terrasse vor dem Haus zum Verweilen ein. Als Gastgeber haben wir ein stilvolles Ambiente für unsere Gäste geschaffen und wünschen uns, dass ihr euch einfach wohlfühlen könnt.  Bei Fragen einfach fragen ;)

Welcome to our charming, freshly renovated DDR house in Berlin, just a 5-minute walk from a lake. Owned by a French-Latvian family, this cozy home, updated by an interior stylist, is perfect for families seeking relaxation. Enjoy the partially unfinished garden ( no fence yet) with a trampoline. Only a 30-minute drive from the city center, it’s ideal for families working in Berlin who want a peaceful retreat close to the city. The garden is still unfinished that's why the price is bit lower.

Featuring a large bed, storage, work desk, fast internet access, and outside terrace. Ideal for Professionals visiting Helios Hospital or the Medical Research Centre. Nature Retreat with lush fields, horse stables, and a nature reserve. Bicycle tour to nearby wildlife sanctuary, lakes, and beaches.

Tiny Nature Cabin with Lake Access

Hidden in the heart of nature, this small wooden hut offers a simple and authentic retreat. Surrounded by trees and water, it’s the kind of place where you wake up to birdsong, spend the day outdoors, and end the evening by the quiet lake. The hut has everything you need for a peaceful stay: a basic kitchen corner, a cozy sitting area, and a terrace. A rustic loft adds extra sleeping space, perfect for kids or adventurous guests. Slow down, enjoy the wild, and reconnect with nature.

Flat in Town House at Ostkreuz

Two people will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. This is the two upper floors of our town house. We, my partner Janos and I, stay downstairs and you walk through our floors to get to yours. You rent our studio and a small flat on the top floor. There are 50 stair steps to walk up. There are glass doors to open to two big terasses, one with a water view. We have made space for you, but our art works, books and equipment are standing around in the studio.

Vacation home on the water - close to the city

Our vacation home is located in Berlin-Gatow and is opposite Villa Lemm. Quiet in the countryside, just a few meters away from the water and yet you are in the center in 25 minutes - whether by car or public transport. The perfect place to relax after an exciting day in the capital. On the other hand, a true dog paradise with lots of nature for long walks, for paddling and bike tours on the Havel or the Havel bike path. In addition, there are bathing spots and playgrounds.

Lakefront bungalow 2

Completely renovated bungalow right on the water and only 30 minutes from the center of Berlin. From the living room with open kitchen you have a great water view. There is also a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a beautiful terrace with a beach chair for romantic hours right on the water. There are sun loungers, a grill and a rowboat on request. The bathroom and shower are outside the bungalow and are shared with other guests at the Marina.

Vacation home on Lake Glienicke

Fantastically beautiful, generously sized house on Lake Glienicke, with direct access from the property to the water! The Groß Glienicker See is located in southwestern Berlin and is a real local recreation area with island flair. It is almost two kilometers long, 530 meters wide and part of a chain of lakes with Lake Sacrow and Lake Heilig. It is very clean and the water is clear. At the Kladow boathouse you can eat wonderfully by the lake.

Our house is located just 30 minutes from the center of Berlin, quietly on a conservation area. There is direct access to the lake, where swimming is allowed, but it is mostly used only as a fishing lake. The house is renovated and technically up to date, including electric shutters, Wi-Fi, Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+ and all Sky packages. With wooden playground, hammocks, porch swing, sun loungers and a large terrace for barbecuing.
