Our apartment is located in an apartment building in the most forested and water-rich district of Berlin (Köpenick). We offer you an apartment in Berlin-Friedrichshagen directly on the Müggelspree river about 500 m before Lake Müggelsee. The apartment can accommodate 2 people with a child. Pets are allowed. The apartment consists of a large room with 6 windows that allow a beautiful view. The kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave invites you to cook. We also offer a sitting area with TV, a separate work area with desk as well as Internet access. The bedroom with double bed (bed linen & towels are provided) is located under the roof. The apartment contains a modern shower room. After a 5-minute walk, you are already in the historic Bölschestraße, which invites you to take a leisurely stroll with over 100 shops, a cinema (in summer also an open-air cinema) and restaurants. A quick supply of food is ensured with supermarkets within walking distance. By bike, you can explore the surrounding area or start a small or large excursion through the Spree Tunnel. At Lake Müggelsee, you have the opportunity to explore and enjoy the surroundings from the water with various motor ships. By tram you can reach the old town of Köpenick in about 15 minutes, where you can visit the famous Köpenick town hall with Ratskeller and the completely renovated castle with current art exhibitions. From the Friedrichshagen S-Bahn station (15 minutes walk or tram), you can immerse yourself in the big city bustle of Berlin after just 30 minutes.

My little holiday paradise is located in a quiet and beautiful green area, about 2 minutes walk from the river Spree. The bungalow is very well equipped with underfloor heating, fireplace, very comfy sofa bed and great attention to detail. Various shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and the bus stops just around the corner. The motorway to Berlin and the train station are only 10 minutes by car.. You have got the little paradise all for yourself to relax. Wish you lot of fun!

Old meets new - Living in a landmarked converted factory, built around 1900. In summer, cool through thick brick walls, up to about 7 m ceiling height as well as thermal curtains. Underfloor heating in all rooms, modern & cozily furnished with a large kitchenette fully equipped. A parking space is right outside the door in the courtyard. Romantic, small but nice approx. 32 sqm cottage on the outskirts of Berlin, located directly on the bathing lakes Groß Glienicker- und Sacrower See. The cottage is inside in the spring 2021 newly renovated and ideal for two people, we are happy to provide a cot. Rewe, Penny, bakery and are about 1 km away, restaurants closer. Bus stop in the direction of Potsdam and Berlin 50 m. The journey time by car to Berlin-Spandau is 15 minutes, as well as to Potsdam about 15 minutes.

Our house is located just 30 minutes from the center of Berlin, quietly on a conservation area. There is direct access to the lake, where swimming is allowed, but it is mostly used only as a fishing lake. The house is renovated and technically up to date, including electric shutters, Wi-Fi, Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+ and all Sky packages. With wooden playground, hammocks, porch swing, sun loungers and a large terrace for barbecuing.
