Farm Stay - Working livestock farm

Come stay in our apartment connected to the barn on our active working farm. We are located 3 miles from the state capitol building in Montpelier, but you would never know it up here. You can cross country ski, snowshoe, hike, or bike out your front door, and we are located within 45 min. from Sugarbush, Stowe, Mad River Glen, & Bolton Valley. You can also check out the local beer & spirits scene, or just relax at the farm. Guests are always welcome to tour the grounds and see the animals.

A 3-minute walk leads you through gardens and pasture, to Ravenwood, a small, intimate cabin with everything you need. Be it an extended weekend tucked in seclusion, amongst the birds, river and trees, or find the comforts of a 37 acre small farm nestled in the mountains and settle in, working from afar. Top shelf skiing at Sugarbush is near, along with Vermont's finest grub and beer.

Come feel the 'comfort of home' in my totally private 2-room Studio! Conveniently located just 5 minute drive to and from interstate I89, CVMC ( Central VT Medical Center), and shopping and approximately 10 minute walk to downtown and many historical attractions! Amenities include: high speed internet, coffee, tea, bottled water, nice sized refrigerator/freezer extra blankets, pillows and more! As a native Vermonter and host for nine years, I'm happy to offer unique places to visit!

Modern not so tiny house

Our backyard tiny home is walking distance to historic downtown Montpelier. Located on a quiet street, its many windows highlight all the efficiencies of tiny house living, including a fully equipped kitchen, radiant floor heat and the option of woodstove coziness. The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower and modern concrete sink. Two small bedrooms share a featured rotating wall and sliding barn door. The design plan is clean lines, minimalist decor and efficient energy use.

Gorgeous Treehouse! Big views, Cozy warm fireplace

Lilla Rustica is an elevated cabin among the trees. Private, with Stunning views this was built by "The Tree House Guys" a local Vermont company whom can be found having a season on the DIY network. Tons of detail, while keeping the design natural and simple. Unbelievable views of Camels hump State park. A loft with one queen bed and downstairs has a queen bed with three sides of the bed having windows facing the views. Hiking offered right from the cabin. An awesome getaway!

The Nest Studio

Off a quiet dirt road set up in the mountains, The Nest Studio is a bright and cozy space. Great for couples, the studio has a queen bed with an additional small twin pull out sofa, best for a little one. The newly remodeled Moretown studio is close to skiing, mountain biking, hiking and several wedding venues. Coffee and tea is provided. The Nest has a full kitchen, washer, dryer, and tiled shower. Secure bike storage and bike wash are present on the property

Come stay in the beautiful Mad River Valley! Our guest house named the Little House is surrounded by forest and 3.5 miles from the town of Waitsfield. Located on the North East corner of our farmland you'll find yourself less than a mile from our Farm Store where you can stock up on our organic cheeses, yogurts, and meats or beer, wine, and other provisions from over 40 local producers.
